Mükemmel bir tatil için güzel bir tercih. Yemekler lezzetli. Denize çok yakın mesafede. Personel guler yüzlü. Odalar temiz. Tavsiye ederim. Wifi kapsamı çok iyi.

Koszmar! Nie polecam! Ciężko napisać krótko bo od zameldowania wszystko było nie tak! Hotel to plac budowy, niegotowy na przyjęcie gości! Nic co zapewnia na stronie nie jest spełnione! Brud budowlany, pełno pracowników z ekipy remontowej, niedziałająca winda, siłownia zamknięta, salę zabaw również, zero animacji (tylko plakat) , pusty jeden basen, kable ze ścian wystają, serwisu kawowego w pokojach brak, papieru toaletowego brak i wieczny problem z doproszeniem się! Jedzenie to recykling resztek totalna monotonia! Wegetariańskie nie istnieje, tylko zimne warzywa i owoce. Główne dania jedynie mięsne, zupa też! Nawet dodatki czyli ziemniaki czy ryż podane w jednym pojemniku co mięso. Nie pomagają prośby i tłumaczenie! Menadżerka bardzo chamska i bezczelna… część ekipy również. Wkoło odpowiedź :Nie! Jedyne co dobre to lokalizacja i to tyle!

Our stay at Hotel Martinez was excellent. The staff were fantastic – always helpful and friendly. The food was great, with a wide and varied selection that suited everyone in the family. The hotel offers four swimming pools, including one for children, and is located right by the beach, which made it perfect for relaxing and easy access to the sea. The animation team provided enjoyable entertainment, and everywhere was kept clean and well-maintained. Overall, a wonderful choice, especially for families!

Aug 2025, we are here currently and as many people have said lots of cleaners about the hotel and by & large very clean. Food very good & a large selection, the clearing staff are sometimes a little over zealous & have taken plates away before we've finished eating!! One review mentioned no safe deposit box in room, however if you ask at reception there are (a limited number) available. However The bathroom smells horrendously of sewage, the floor constantly has large puddles of water, we are hoping this is the shower leaking or condensation running off the toilet cistern & not the toilet itself leaking. If sat on the terrace sometimes get a waft of the same sewage smell & also occasionally by the pool if sat near a grid. We are a family of 4 non smokers & our room often smells of cigarettes, we can only assume this coming through the air con unit. No where around the pool or in the restaurant is designated as no smoking - it seems the norm to light up before, during & after eating. Unfortunately for us feels like no escape. There are no where near enough sunbeds for the number of guests at the hotel. Mosquitoes & bites in abundance Finally, with exception of the 2 girls organising the pool based activities & 1 girl on reception no body smiles, including the 3 managers we have seen on duty they are unbelievably miserable. We are reasonably well travelled & never known a hotel as miserable. Shame as we were looking forward to our first trip to Bulgaria, we won't be coming back.

Lovely hotel and probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. There is an endless supply of cleaners who clear the slightest bit of litter immediately. Gardeners and maintenace are visible and the Kazakh waiting staff in the resturanr are very efficient. The rooms are spacious, with good air conditioning. The food is plentiful and almost constant throughout the day. The hotel has a nice pool, with a children's pool and water slide in the gardens. Exiting via your room key card via the gardens take you to the beach right outside. The hotel is very family orientated if you are not with children, can be a bit annoying having them running round the restaurant at meal times. The only negative I have is that smoking is permitted everywhere, and you will find it difficult to find a table inside or out, where people won't be smoking constantly near you. In summary, (our second visit to the Martinez) a spotlessly clean,well run hotel, and ideally located for the beach and a 15 yo 20 minute walk to Sozopol old town.
