Power went out during stay at this hotel. It would have been nice to have been notified in some way of this rather than being surprised to enter into a dark hallway and having to carry out luggages and bags down 4 flights of stairs. Would have been nice to have been comped for inconvenience. The room itself was nice and clean however.

We were getting ready in our room and the maid service enter our room and then knocked. We were in the process of getting ready. It was 9:15 am Also you could hear the people in the next room talking. Kids running upstairs. I brought it up to the front desk about the maid service coming in the door and all was said was sorry. Also I checked my account and the hotel overcharged me almost $40.

This is a luxury hotel for a bargain price. The staff was all extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It’s beautiful on the outside and inside. The room was extremely clean along with the bathroom. We were also impressed with the extras for sports players. Will definitely be back!

We were very impressed with the amenities and cleanliness of this property. The staff were very professional and attentive. This will be our "go to" hotel when we are in Dallas.

Super clean and smelled fabulous. (Seriously! As soon as you walk in the lobby it smells like you walked into an aromatherapy spa. So amazing!) Staff were all very friendly. Would stay again and highly recommended.

Entrance and room were beautiful. Pool was amazing. Interior lobby lights were gorgeous.
