Freshly remodeled cozy beach house with good energy .Big back yard with playground ,pool and deck , to enjoy games, Great for kids and dogs to run . Gas fire pit and 4 swings to rest and enjoy the birds singing . Short 9 min drive to Manasota Beach and Casper Beach and 8 others in the area.Shopping center and many restaurants just 2 min away . And if you tired of resting you can rejuvenate your self in Warm Mineral Springs ( well known as “Fountain of Youth “ ) in 15 min distance.
