Bella struttura immersa nel verde, cena abbondante e di buon livello, ma purtroppo riteniamo di dover segnalare degli aspetti negativi: - non c'è ascensore e nessuno del personale ci ha aiutati con i bagagli - stanza di dimensioni normali ma buia, dava su un muro. Quando lo abbiamo riferito in reception ci è stato risposto: "questa è la stanza che avete scelto"... pagata 140euro, aggiungo... - stanza priva di frigo - scarico del bagno difettoso... - una sola presa elettrica in stanza - colazione appena sufficiente Peccato, ci aspettavamo qualcosa in più!

Nous sommes seulement allés manger en famille au restaurant de l’hôtel. C’était excellent. J’ai mangé les saucisses au porc et mon conjoint le bœuf. Les portions étaient suffisantes. Il y a un menu avec plusieurs choix pour les enfants. Le service était rapide. La vue était superbe.

I'm visiting from the UK and had a wonderful experience and meal at aherlow. the service was excellent but I was very impressed with the lovely staff especially a Young man I think his name was luke. he was so polite and very chatty and made us feel very welcome especially my young daughter.she took a real shine to him..he has excellent customer service

Brilliant food but below average service. We went for dinner and could not believe how bad the service was. Staff were all young and seemingly had little training. There seemed to be no manager around. The hotel needs to train it's staff and quickly. Some were ok but a couple were surly. One male waiter was even flicking a female waiter with a large napkin when she walked past... in the middle of the restaurant in front of all the diners... Faulty Towers like behaviour. Shame as the menu was excellent and the food was delicious. Management need to act fast and train their dining wait staff and instill some order.

Excellent hotel stunning views watch out for the sharp bend on way up 😉 lovely food great staff breakfast self service so best too get there early for freshness all in all myself and partner loved in will return

Très bel hôtel au milieu d'une forêt avec superbe vue sur la montagne.Chambres parfaites et personnel également. Nous avons pu dîner et profiter d'un plat excellent.Pour les marcheurs , cet endroit est idéal pour randonner.Je recommande.
