Camas muy confortable, staff muy amable. Todo limpio. Volvería a repetir sin duda alguna. Las habitaciones cuentan con todo lo necesario para una agradable estadía. Televisor grande, muchos puertos USB para cargar tus aparatos. Baño amplio

Having driven for 5 hours we checked in and upon opening the door, discovered we were in a Disabled room with no bath, lack of towels and an uncomfortable bed. Reception said that was all they had. No notification at booking or checking in. The pub next door was great last time, this time i find it has closed and has been left to rot. Broken benches etc outside.

We stayed in a family room (2 adults, 2 kids). The mattresses were awful. The whole room is shouting for a refurbishment. It is below premier inn standards. The room was not clean. The best part of our overall experience was the staff (very friendly) and check out!

I spent a great 3 days at this Premier inn.Fantastic location to explore the area.Excellent car parking facilities.Gary and Suzanne on reception we’re friendly and helpful.The bedroom was clean and spacious.Have already booked another stay for October.

Was visiting family and a last minute booking. Surprisingly quiet and very comfortable. Would use again when this way visiting family in future. Shame restaurant was closed, would have been nice to have had breakfast to make the trip really like a holiday trip.

Visited South Shields for two nights on business this week 09/04-11/04/25. From start to finish the staff on site were so incredibly helpful and interactive it was rather refreshing. Special thanks to Sam & Helen on reception and also two ladies in the buffet/ breakfast kitchen, they were awesome. Room was clean and presentable and breakfast ( buffet style) was great. Please be aware that only breakfast is available at the moment as the neighbouring pud has been sold and is currently closed. I would recommend a 5 min drive to Vespa Italian and steak house on A194 or you can walk in to South Shields ( a lovely 1 hour leisurely walk) and visit Ocean Rd where there is a choice of multiple curry restaurants and bars. The beach is fantastic and there is a fun fair for younger members ( or big kids!) but this was closed on our visit. All in all a great town to visit. THANK YOU EVERYONE ❤️❤️

on arrival we assumed it was going to be a run down premier inn however inside the rooms are lovely and look newly refurbished it's one of the nicest premier inns room wise we have stayed, the breakfast room is a little small as the restaurant is closed but the staff were brilliant and we got a seat ever morning we went down for breakfast. my only criticism is the outside needs a little tlc and it would have been nice to have the option of a restaurant but south shields was brilliant and we didn't struggle to find somewhere to eat. Staff were all very friendly and helpful would definitely stay there again.

Amazing time as always, rooms lovely and quiet didn’t hear a noise the whole time. There is always a car parking space. Staff always go above and beyond especially Sam and Chris. Wills definitely be returning
