El hotel está nuevo, me comentan los empleados que tiene 3 años. Tiene todo, restaurante bar en interior y exterior con vista a la playa. Las habitaciones están en excelentes condiciones. Me impresionó el cuarto para 6 personas que incluye 2 queens y un sofá cama.con 2 tvs de 65”, frigobar y microondas y una barra con 3 bancos para preparar tus comidas y degustarlas. La playa está cerca del hotel a unos 100 mts y si no traes sombrilla y sillas de playa allí te las rentan. La alberca está más grande que la mayoría de los hoteles al rededor y tienen varias profundidades lo más hondo a 1.5 mts y también cuanta con chapoteadero aparte a la alberca para niños pequeños. No hay jacuzzi.

1. Parking terrible since beach goers also park at hotel. 2. Room for 2 of us had only one bath towel. Took 3 hours to get additional towels. 3. Coffee in room did not have the sugar/creamer packets. 4. Bath tub had no stopper in order to take a bath in tub. 5. And as usual our room overlooked the trash bins below.

When we were assigned our room the staff did not share that we were above the bar that played live music beginning in the afternoon and stops at midnight. This makes it hard to take a quick nap before dinner or go to sleep before 12 AM. When we complained we were told that we should have known our room was above the bar based on the location of the bar and the signs that say live music is played daily. How would I have known that at checkin? We called more than 6 times over a two day period asking to speak with the manager. The front desk staff was rude and said the manager was either gone or unavailable. We went to the front desk in person and we were told the managers were off property for lunch. We were told that they received the messages- nobody contacted us. We finally gave up. We were here for here 5 nights. PARKING is extremely limited. If you can’t get a spot then park across the busy street in a lot that is shared with the sea turtle habitat.There is a light with a cross walk so you wait awhile to cross. You are given a decal to hang from your mirror but we found people must know they can park at the Marriott even if they don’t have a room there and walk through the hotel to the beach access. We saw multiple cars parked in the front lot without Marriott tags. Saturday and Sunday they have staff checking the parking lot across the street, but not the lot near the hotel entrance. We paid over $350 a night and felt like we were in a hotel charging less than $80/night.

There were little bugs like particles under the last sheet in one of the beds, a/c was so loud, food left behind the tv that smelled so we had to throw away. I brought it up to the receptionist and they acted like it was so big deal

Un hotel muy confortable y con un restaurante con buena comida. La vista al mar desde las habitaciones con balcón magnífica.

Excelente servicio en todo muy cómodo volveremos a rentar ahí
