海濱舒適套房飯店(Comfort Suites Beachside)

Well, let’s start with what we did like. The front desk staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. Dislikes… The owners of this hotel seriously need to invest in a dehumidifier. I get that it’s an island surrounded by water, but everything in our room was moist. The towels, the carpet, the walls. The breakfast was just ok. The bathroom sink and tub had many chips and needed a serious makeover. I had previously purchased travel insurance in case I needed to cancel this trip, which something did come up and the manager would not approve the cancellation. Even though I purchased their “protection “. I will not stay at this hotel chain again.

Dirty, old , stinky hotel. “Private beach and pool” however no locks to get to either so anyone could use. Hot tub was full of sand. Good breakfast however tables were filthy. Side door was propped open most of the time. Requested a new key, never requested ID to verify I was staying there. Would not recommend or would not go back

The pictures on ******* are deceiving. Check in was a nice young man who made me laugh. Our room was horrible. It smelled so bad I instantly got a headache.. there was a wet spot on the floor under the desk that looked like an dog urinated. The carpet was wet the beds felt wet. Front desk did offer us several other rooms all were equally as smelly and wet. It just smelled like mold and mildew. We did end up leaving. After a long time chatting g with ******* and the hotel we were able to get a “partial” refund.

Our stay was last night and red flags were waiving at us since check in! Keys didn’t work, room smelled damped and neighbors were also complaining of the same issues! Bed sheets were stained and bathroom was dirty. Front desk staff was amazing but the worst was that the hotel had no functioning water and no one knew anything. Front check in was flooded with guests complaining about the situation. Apparently manager on staff reached out and said to call in the morning. So unprofessional of them and basically we were supposed to stay in a room with no water , all a while other guests continued to check in. I don’t recommend this place to no one! Never have I ever had issues with hotels on the Island and that’s because I’m a native to the area. They eventually refunded our money! What an inconvenience and so disappointed in Comfort Suites!

En general nos gusto el hotel, las instalaciones y la ubicación son muy buenas, así como el acceso a la playa, los únicos puntos en contra fueron relacionados a un cargo indebido que me hicieron y a pesar de hablar con dos encargados distintos ninguno me pudo ayudar, así que no me hicieron la devolución, por otro lado el último día de estancia Viernes 25 de agosto, el desayuno se acabo una hora antes de finalizar el horario establecido, por lo tanto no fue posible desayunar ahí.

Hello people please check the beds under the quilts because are moldy and stain Then they charge you for a new mattress $295.00 When they dont even change them cause i slept on them like that. On top of that they dont realize or keep in mind they are ( pet friendly) but they dont cosider that. A previous pet did that Cause i have video that they sent me of how old the stains are. They assumed because seniors stayed in that room they did damages to the old and moldy beds.and if u dont pay they do a police report. So people becarefull Just check your room before u unpack. I have video and pictures.

Camas y almohadas muy cómodas y limpias, cuarto en general muy bien, está del lado Del Mar más no tiene vista hacia el mar hay que caminar unos minutos y llegas, tiene acceso directo a la playa, el desayuno muy bueno, creo el único punto a mejorar es el tamaño designado al área de desayuno son muy pocas mesas para el tamaño del hotel, aveces hay que esperar.

La ubicación está muy bien y el personal es sumamente amable en su mayoría, el desayuno es muy completo también, sin embargo deja mucho que desear en cuanto a seguridad, cualquiera tiene acceso al hotel desde la entrada lateral que se usa para salir al camino a la playa, cualquiera tiene acceso a la máquina de hielos, alberca, lavandería y gimnasio y en general al hotel ya que no te piden la llave para accesar, desconozco si es legal limitar el acceso a la playa solo para huéspedes, pero cualquiera se puede estacionar y accesar a la playa por el “pasillo” que tienen porque no sirve la cerradura de seguridad que se activa con la llave. La alberca y la bañera de nuestra habitacion están sumamente descuidadas

Pésimo servicio de cuartos . El año pasado también nos hospedamos aqui y mi hijo dejo olvidados sus lentes de marca Solamente pasaron como 30 minutos después que habíamos entregado el cuarto . Marque al hotel para poder recuperarlos y supuestamente dijo el personal de limpieza que no habia nada en el cuarto muy mal.
