This property is located at the heart of the city and close to everywhere. Retro kind of room. But if you are a service oriented person, DO NOT STAY in this hotel. The reception do not reply phone callls, similarly, room service also don’t pick up phone. Have to go down to the Sofia Resto person to order food. They don’t give late checkout until 2 pm. Max until 1 pm free and after that charges apply, very rigid on this and it’s not a good idea. Bathroom accessories are nice. They don’t reply emails send to their address also. Breakfast is Alacarte and no fruits. Poor selection of food. I will not stay in this hotel next time.

I would like to express my gratitude to The Gunawarman Hotel as the staff was very pleasant and friendly. Thank you very much Noffy for making our stay a memorable one. We will definitely come again to stay as Jakarta is a bustling city with extraordinary cultural.

Nice hotel, nice room, nice ambiance, nice service. Our room got upgraded by mba Novi to a bigger nicer room. Overall, memorable experience. Theres lots of nice restaurant and bars nearby is a plus point Would definitely come back next time and we’ll recommend it to friends and family
