Sudah ketiga kalinya nginep disini, kemarin ada masalah trouble gak bisa konek YouTube tv nya, pas laporan langsung di tangani dengan baik dan bisa YouTube nya. Tapi pas keluar kamar dan nyalain tv YouTube gak bisa lagi.. hehe.. citylog masih jadi tempat singgah yang dekat ke kota Kasablanka.

This was my second time at the hotel. The first time was when it was still owned by Harris. Everything went well, except the breakfast menu wasn’t as good as the one offered under Harris

入住體驗很差，前台小姐連wifi之類的基本知識都沒有解釋，幾乎沒有笑容，非常傲慢。
幾分鐘後，我發現房間很熱，我要求換到其他房間，她說他們沒有無菸特大號床。
好吧，我請她先把我搬到吸煙室，然後他們修理房間，然後把我搬回非吸煙室，因為我太累了，需要盡快休息。
她連對不起都沒說，還公然說我不能。然後沒有給出任何解決方案，就像這不是她的問題一樣。
我離開，回到我的熱房間讓工程師過來，簡單檢查了一下，然後承認之前那個房間確實有問題，現在好了，我太累了，所以我就同意了，整晚都上床睡覺了，感覺很糟糕。我實在受不了，一大早就退房了！
公平地說，以這個價格，我可以多花幾塊錢去更好的酒店，如果不是因為他們的位置，房間太舊了，破舊了，你可以看到裝飾枕頭上的灰塵和桌子上的污漬。

Overall satisfactory. The only point that needs improvement is the wifi connection. Signal in the room is weak and wifi connection broke off intermittently.

房間插座松的不能用，環境設施舊了點，其他的都很好，飯很好吃

Hotel staff very helpful. The bathroom need to do renovation. The toilet flush almost broken.
