There were issues at check-in with payment from Trip.com and our rooms were in separate areas despite us requesting rooms in the same building. Upon asking multiple times we finally got a room nearby but the toilets were not working and we had to call for assistance multiple times which was always delayed.

Excellent in everything.

Worst experience of Goa, they missed my booking and i had to rebook room and at the time of check out, they said they found the booking. They lost a packet which was sent for me and after many hours, they found it. They didnt sent the house keeping for room cleaning, they took an hour to send bell *** to pick my luggage, TV in my room displayed the name of some other guest. Dusaster after disaster.

Tolle Unterkunft!!! Alles absolut zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Sie ist wunderschön, angenehm und sehr entspannend. Und alle sind super nett. Das einzige ist, der Service ist sehr sehr langsam. Also Geduld mitbringen! Ansonsten auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!

Car transportation to airport. Great service by the pool area. Room service less impressed. Some of the popular dishes show availability 24//7. When ordered they are available during certain period of the day. More seriously we ordered a car for transportation to the airport. Concierge advised us on time to MOPA airport. We reconfirmed this transformation two times. When getting in the car the concierge had ordered the taxi to Dabolim airport.

Best experience I could hope for! We were here for a family trip for 5 days- with our 4yr old and parents and we had an absolute blast. The resort is one of the most family friendly places I’ve been to, and every member of the family thoroughly enjoyed. Kids Club - our 4yo spent most of her time here, she loved making crafts and playing in the playroom. Sheela, Prajakta and Sumita were incredible in keeping the kids engaged and we could easily leave our child in their care. Spa- one of the best spa experiences. Geethu, my therapist was knowledgeable, professional and extremely good Pool- there was an adult-only pool, a toddler pool and a family pool. Given our large group, we used all of them and had an absolute blast. The pools are very well designed, with lots of nooks for groups with all swimming proficiencies to hang out in Food- fantastic food, and an incredible buffet spread. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet each day with options for North Indian, South Indian, western, and local Goan items. I was also very impressed by the multitude of healthy, gluten-free, and vegan options Staff- the staff all over the resort was extremely courteous and helpful. Not once in the 5 days that we spent in the resort that we see somebody not smiling. Overall- I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
