Diving was great loved the calm clear water. Jodie,Matt and Ally gave us a first rate experience. Diving beautiful here. Well planned and catered to our request. All inclusive made everything easy and have to say food was very good. Will plan to return someday.

The beach is unattractive & covered in sargassum seaweed. The property has some type of noisy construction underway & seems a bit dilapidated. Transportation to& from Providenciales is spotty & unpredictable. Limited food offerings & times for meals. Appears understaffed. Stay on Providenciales as this is an absolute waste of time & money

We found a great deal to stay at this property so decided to check it out. It was the all-inclusive package in a 1 bedroom villa which was awesome. The fact that it was secluded was appealing as we looked forward to unwind during vacation. However, we do enjoy some type of entertainment and/or activities at the resorts we stayed but this was non-existent here. If that's not important to you then you should be fine. Also, there's only 1 pool and 1 restaurant so you eat all your meals there. Some of the staff were lovely but some not so friendly. There was a lack of communication in regards to what is available/amenities and we only found out of the a la carte menu on our last day there. The resort is being revamped and renamed and the previews look lovely but I don't believe we will be back as it is such a deserted area. We did enjoy the puddle jumper plane ride there and the beach.

The pillows are the hardest things I have ever slept on. The front desk told us, too bad that’s all they have. We went to celebrate our anniversary and got no celebration. Several other couples received welcome drinks upon arrival, our group got nothing. Overall it was a good experience, the small staff are all very pleasant. We liked the laid back vibe but wish there were more options things to do at the resort itself. Especially on rainy days! We purchased a Travelzoo voucher and owed close to $700 in additional taxes, putting our total way above what you can book the resort for online. Travelzoo is not a deal for this hotel, probably better off booking it through their website.

Admittedly, I got a cheap room but it didn’t even have a chair. The only usable window was in the door. Due to hurricane damage the reef was really sad to look at. It may be years before it climbs up to acceptable standards. The pool area was outstanding and the food was great. If I popped for more $$ I would have been fine with the room. Unfortunately, a dive resort needs good diving.

It was a nightmare to get there. Hopper flight was 5 hours late taking off. Food selection was very limited. Management failed to mention that half of the property was shut down for future renovation. Gym / Workout area was limited with a lot of broken equipment. On the positive side, people were nice and I enjoyed the dogs on the beach.
