The Sunshine House gives a whole new meaning to fun in the sun. From the moment you step inside you are greeted by by sunshine with a beautiful mural. Each room greets you with it's own flair of bringing the sunshine in. And the back yard is set up to make you forget you came to see our beautiful beaches. Close to IMG, the downtown scene, the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island, restaurants, shops. This is the perfect location for your next family vacation. Don't forget your shades. The Sunshine House: 3 bedroom/2 bath Bedroom#1: King ensuite - King bed, ensuite with walk-in shower, and walk-in closet Bedroom#2: Queen room - queen bed, with full closet and dresser Bedroom#3: Bunk room - 2 sets of bunks, dresser, and full closet Hall Bathroom - full bathroom with tub to be shared by the rooms on that side of the house The Sunshine house also has a living room, game room, large kitchen, dining room, and laundry room is in the garage. Each room has a smart TV and FAST, FREE WiFi. Out back you will find the screened lanai which houses our inground heated pool, hot tub, dining area, lounge area and several murals perfect for those photo opps. Beyond the lanai you will find our fire pit set beneath the pergola. The putting green, the corn hole and our propane grill. The yellow shed is filled with beach supplies and pool gear. We want to lighten the load as you prepare for your trip. The home always has condiments and spices that we have ensured are safe for consumption. ITEMS WE PROVIDE: LINENS/TOWELS: Bath Towel - 1 per guest (1 extra per bathroom) Hand Towel - 1 per guest (1 extra in each shared bathroom) Wash cloths - 1 per guest Make-up removal wash cloths - 1 per adult guest (1 extra per bathroom) Beach towels - 1 per guest Clean bed linens, quilts, and pillows for each bed. An extra set of sheets and pillow will be provided for the trundle bed. We have a full guest manual in the home, with all the information you will need for our home and brochures and maps of the area, that should give you plenty to explore, if you choose to venture away from the home. Guests have full access to the entire house. We have 2 owners closets. We communicate strictly through your booking platform so please have the app downloaded on your phone. We are always available for anything you might need. Functional smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kit in the house. Hospitals are minutes away if needed. There are 26 stops in total on the island so you can get anywhere. FREE! If you want to enjoy the sights on your way to the island find all the information to the Gulf Island Ferry in our guest manual. You will ride along the to the island while enjoying the sights. Download the "mystop" app and click on manatee county to get real time updates on bus expected arrival times. If staying in the area, we do suggest renting a vehicle. Please note we do have cameras ONLY outside for everyone's safety. These cameras are located by the front door and around the back of the house. They will record audio and video. Your booking platform offers trip insurance for each reservation that must be purchased at the time of reservation.1. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed inside the house. There is a designated smoking area by the lounge chairs outside. Please dispose of ashes and butts in the ashtray provided. Please be certain to extinguish completely. Failure to abide by this rule will result in full loss of Security Deposit. 2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight on the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agree to above. 3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 8:00am. Please respect our neighborhood and be “good neighbors” as some may not be on vacation and have to work. 4. Parking: parking is limited to two vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in the driveway. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing and applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 5. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the side of the house. Trash day is Monday and Fridays. Please take the recycling and/or trashcan to the curb on that day and bring it in after pick up on that day. 6. Water and hot water: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products or diapers should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or diapers have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged for the repairs and damages. 7. Do not set the air conditioning temperature below 70F. The coils will freeze and you will be charged for damage to the unit. 8.9. Note we supply a starter kit of all toiletries, laundry detergent, dish soaps etc… after that it’s the guest’s responsibility.
