We do not refill the tank, so when it goes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Home Depot for around $20. Turn the gas knob OFF when not in use.*Fire pit: After using the firepit please turn it off and place the cover on after the unit has been cooled off.*No candles or open flames anywhere in or outside of the propertyNO PARTIES, EVENT HOSTING, LOUD MUSIC & NOISE: *We are equipped with two (2) Noise Aware monitoring devices that allow to monitor variables as noise level without privacy intrusion, in and outside the house. The devices DO NOT listen or record conversations.STRICT QUIET TIME is at 10PM-8AM per city ordinance. *No one in the pool after 9 p.m.*Please keep noise at the reasonable level during the day. No rowdy or loud music at any time.If the police are called during your stay (noise complaint or otherwise), we reserve the right to ask you to leave the property without refund. The step is marked for awareness👉Please note that the TV in the leaving room is not anchored or attached to the wall, please make sure there are no children playing, moving or touching the device.POOL: 👉Please close the umbrella in the pool area when is not in use to avoid been blown away.👉Be aware that in some areas the depth is over 6 feet deep.👉No glass in the pool area👉There is no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. The pool is restricted to registered guests only. Persons under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult while in the pool. No diving, running, horseplay or dangerous actions within the pool area.
