It is a nice place very friendly , good location convenient to restaurants , no elevator , wish wifi and tv was better

The place is nicely located. I think the room is fine and comfortable. But the amenities is a little underwhelming overall it was an okay stay.

The place is easily accessible, neat and pleasant. People are nice and approachable! Kudos to all of you!

We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, the waiting area had a fish tank that was extremely dirty, and the receptionists were more interested in chatting with each other than in welcoming guests. The room itself was in unacceptable condition – dirt everywhere and millions of ants crawling around, including on the bed! The bathroom towels were filthy, and we didn't even dare to eat at the hotel given the state of hygiene. Though we were booked for several nights, we left after just one. This hotel is in desperate need of renovation, a deep clean, and proper staff training.

It’s well situated in the heart of Sorsogon and close to all amenities. Very friendly staff who couldn’t be more helpful. We stayed for five days and enjoyed the area, the people and the hospitality of the Fernando’s Hotel team. If you are looking for a springboard to visit the many sites in and around Sorsogon City this is the best place to come.
