嘉爾德尼亞蘇倫多海岸舒適飯店(Hotel Gardenia Sorrento)

Accueil TRES chaleureux des propriétaires et du personnel, propreté rarement vue, petit-déjeûner de qualité et varié. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien meublées. Tout est pensé pour le confort, comme l'annonce le titre. A cela, il faut ajouter une position centrale (nombreux restos et magasins à proximité, ligne de train à 20 minutes et bus à quelques mètres), un parking sur le flanc de l'hôtel, une salle de sport bien équipée et une grande piscine très agréable, agrémentée d'un bar et de chaises longues. Que demander de plus? N'hésitez pas à choisir ce lieu si vous appréciez la qualité. Pour ma part, je serai vraiment heureuse d'y retourner😍🍋

Sejour parfait ! Le personnel est charmant et tres accueillant (citronnade à l'arrivée, conseils de visite, mots gentils aux enfants...) !!! Une ambiance familiale tout en étant très professionnels. La chambre pour 4 personnes etait confortable et tres propre. Nous étions côté rue, mais porte fenetre bien isolée. Le petit dejeuner etait très bien. L'hotel est très bien situé, permettant de rejoindre à pied le centre ville, le port ... le tarif du parking est un peu cher mais plutot habituel sur cette cote en Italie. Tres satisfaits de notre sejour !

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!! We stayed at hotel gardenia for three nights in Sorrento during our travel to the Amalfi coast. We booked an airport transfer to take us from the Naples airport to the hotel and was told a price over a month beforehand. Our flight was delayed two hours and we emailed the hotel letting them know. We also provided the hotel with our flight info as asked earlier. apparently no one works at the front desk, answers emails overnight or tracks the flight like every other hotel does. We were told we had a 100 extra euro fee for a waiting time which was never spoke about before. when asking the hotel night manager at the front desk about it he was very nasty. DO NOT STAY HERE DO NOT BOOK YOUR TRANSPORTATION HERE! They also require a key in place to keep the air conditioning on. They take the key away from you when you leave never allowing the room to get comfortable. The shower floods, the bathroom smells like sewage and the breakfast in the morning is awful. You also aren’t allowed to bring an iron in the room. If you need to iron clothes it must be done in a small room behind the bar in the lobby. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans ce charmant hotel et nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ce sejour grace a une equipe d'une grande gentillesse et de prestations hotelieres de qualite : proprete des chambres, excellents petits dejeuners, personnel et direction très a l'ecoute du client.

Bellissimo.hotel con una vista mozzafiato sul mare camera pulitissime e letto molto comodo, servizio eccellente per la disponibilita del personale, molto gentile, educato e professionals, colazione abbondante e di ottima qualita, lo.staff offre gustosi stuzichini durante il giorno, lo consigliamo a tutti per viaggio indimenticabile . Siamo stati in questo accogliente hotel per due giorni. Sorrento è davvero meravigliosa ed è stato veramente piacevole soggiornare in questo hotel. Personale gentilissimo, ottima colazione, una bella piscina ideale per rilassarsi. Camere pulite ed ordinate. Un comodo parcheggio che è indispensabile a Sorrento e tutto comodamente raggiungibile a piedi.

L'accueil est tellement chaleureux par tous les employés et les propriétaires eux-mêmes. Ils prennent le temps de faire des 5 à 7 et d'être présents afin de discuter avec leurs clients qu'ils traitent comme de la famille. L'hôtel, la piscine, la salle à manger, tout est très propre et le service est excellent. Le déjeuner est très garni et diversifié et les options lunchs sont très bons et à prix vraiment abordables. Tout à Gardenia est agréable, simple et accueillant. Le service est offert en français, anglais et italien. Une étoile 3 étoiles mais qui en vaut plus!!! 15 minutes à peine de marche de la Piazza Tasso. Un endroit fortement recommandé! Nous y retournerons 😊

For a 3 star hotel, it’s a definite 5/5! It’s provides exactly what you would expect, a clean, friendly, welcoming stay. Located only a 15 minute walk from the main piazza and 20 minutes from Marina Grande, this hotel is in a great location. While the rooms weren’t huge, they were perfectly clean and well maintained. We had one problem with our shower over flowing but not a big deal. The staff were so welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful and entertain our toddler. The pool is fantastic and views from our room were beautiful. The hotel breakfast was wonderful as well, almost as wonderful as the staff looking after us each morning. If you’re looking for a comfortable, affordable hotel that is convenient and family friendly then we would absolutely recommend the Gardenia!
