el hotel esta atravesando una profunda reforma exterior, (reparación del hormigón de los balcones), y tiene colocado andamios que no solo tapan la vista hacia el exterior, sino que a las 7 am empiezan a llegar los operarios quienes hablan entre ellos a centímetros de tu ventana, y a las 8 am empiezan con un ruido insoportable que no te permite dormir ni hablar dentro del departamento.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Rota Suites and would give it more than 5 stars if we could! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was next level. A special shoutout to the incredible concierge staff, Georgia and Raffaella, who went above and beyond to make our family of five feel welcome and comfortable. They were kind enough to offer us an upgrade that perfectly suited our needs and made such a difference to our experience. Throughout our stay, they helped us organise tours, assisted with the washing facilities, and were always ready with a smile and a warm conversation. Their genuine care and friendliness made us feel like valued guests every single day. A huge thank you also to Luisa from the cleaning team, whose attention to detail was impeccable. The suite was spotless and maintained to a very high standard during our stay. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location—just a short walk to the bustling main street full of shops, cafes, and restaurants. It's the perfect base to explore Sorrento. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rota Suites to anyone visiting the area. The service, cleanliness, and overall experience were simply outstanding. We’ll definitely be back!

Do not book this place. It’s false advertising it’s a dump. No pool As stated I. Our reservation and no water view. Filth and highway view and noise from the traffic, but that’s it!! They control the air conditioning and lights. Staff is not accommodating. Our toilet was used prior to arrival.Balcony door left open, mosquitoes in room. View of a filthy parking lot with cars roaming. I have pictues. We spent the day looking for other accommodations. Even sadder this was booked as an exchange through our Disney timeshare. They charged us 2 years worth of points!!! Refuses to accommodate us!!!

Just back from a fabulous trip to Sorrento. We stayed as a family of 4 (our children are 12 and 17) and we found the Rota Suites to be a perfect base. The bed situation was very flexible. Our son slept of a sofa bed in the kitchen/lounge area. There are sliding doors to separate this area from the bedroom. We were able to move the fourth bed (a very good quality, comfy camper bed into the bedroom so that our Daughter could sleep in there with us giving everyone space. Lovely bathroom and a very large balcony with doors leading onto it from the bedroom and kitchen/lounge. Staff were helpful and on arrival (11pm ish on a Friday) directed us to a bar that was still open and serving food. Staff also provided us with extra pillows on request. Great 10 minute walk to the main square and a 15 minute walk to the marina where the boats to Capri and Amalfi leave from. Make sure you spend some time in Marina Grande which was our favourite spot in Sorrento. Our favourite restaurant was La Favorita which is well worth a visit. Fauno Bar is a lovely spot to watch the world go by. The train station is around a 5 minute walk away where we got the train to Naples and Pompeii. Vesuvius was well worth a trip to. Sorrento is such a lovely place and the Rota Suites were a lovely home for the week. One last piece of advice... have a drink at the Grand Riviera Hotel about 10 minutes walk away, the views of the Bay of Naples are breath-taking!

L’hôtel est très bien situé mais il y a un bruit infernal jour et nuit (voiture, scooter…).(si votre chambre donne côté rue). Il y avait quelques petites poussières sur le sol mais sinon tout était propre.L’entrée du parking est assez étroite. À la fin du séjour personne nous a demandé si tout s’était bien passé.

We loved our stay at Rota Suites in Sorrento! The reception staff were wonderful. We were on the back of the building, so had loads of windows/light, and a lovely balcony to enjoy. A full kitchen and dining/living room upon entry, then a wardrobe area with separate bathroom, and finally a lovely bedroom. Beautiful tiled floors everywhere! There’s a small restaurant around the corner, with lovely food. The centre of Sorrento is easily reached on foot. Rota suites was the perfect place for us
