There is also a private outdoor shower. Relax by the fire in winter or enjoy undercover outdoor dining in the warmer months. This home offers plenty of outdoor lawn area for cricket and there’s a basketball ring for the kids as well. Undercover tandem car port for 2 cars. Kitchen includes new Westinghouse oven, induction cooktop, fridge/freezer and microwave. Outdoor BBQ. Fully fenced across all boundaries so kids and dogs are safe. No dogs on furniture or beds. Strictly no parties. This is a very residential area and we need to respect our neighbours.
