優秀的酒店,服務總是非常溫,房間寬舒適,裝備好,也很不錯,位置完美,接近市場,購物,和索羅卡巴最好的酒吧和餐館!

New hotel with a superb location in front of nice shopping mall with lots of restaurants and shops. Bed was comfy. In my room the heating was working, which seems not to be the case in all rooms. Breakfast at the Novotel very tasty. Fully recommended

I had dinner with colleagues a Sunday night. The food was fresh and good prepare, the place is comfortable and well design to incentive people to talk and have a good moment. Felipe, our waiter, was very kind, smiling and available to help, considering that we are from chile and we don’t speak Portuguese.

客房服務很差!他們根本沒有客房服務!我們帶着2個3yo孩子,我們不得不自己拿起飲料和小吃(空的迷你吧),試圖打電話給前台爲我們的孩子提供額外的毛巾,但他們沒有人帶他們到房間,這一次,我被鎖在房間裏,帶着一個孩子從游泳池裏溼透了,哭了,沒有人帶額外的鑰匙,沒有人看着相機,看看我是多麼絕望,走廊上沒有電話。問前台是不是服務,男的說“就是這個樣子”,覺得很粗魯。我們當天下午最後走了,唯一好的就是泳池但是有點髒。哦,餐廳的飯菜很好,廚房工作人員很贊。看起來像2個截然不同的地方😅kudos給Jesse,和兩個孩子一起吃午飯讓我們感覺很舒服的女士!

We’ve been to this fancy place, a 5 star very expensive hotel is because we’re expecting to relax and enjoy our family on the long weekend, Fasano is a well renowned chain in Brazil, but to be honest the service provided at this property is horrible, we thought to leave the property on the first day, besides the location and the facilities, everything was really bad, actually not just bad, TERRIBLE, since the service provided at the check in, room service, room clean, service at the pool, restaurant, etc… and on top of that the food was not good, they are also famous for a good food, but even the food was not worth. I wrote to the hotel giving a detailed feedback, because I think If I am the owner/manager I would like to know not only the good experience but the bad as well, to try to be better and avoid situations like that, learn with the mistakes in order to make sure it doesn’t happen again, but it seems they do not care, they did not respond even to say sorry, after such a bad experience. Fasano chain for me is now out of my list, I’ll never go again.

O Hotel Gandini, em Itu, é uma joia a ser lapidada. É um hotel bonito, com boa localização e uma estrutura que inclui estacionamento, piscina, jacuzzi e brinquedoteca. No entanto, o hotel apresenta sérias deficiências em dois pontos cruciais: limpeza e atendimento na recepção. Embora os espaços gerais do hotel se apresentem limpos e bem organizados, a realidade dos quartos é outra. Nos dois quartos em que fiquei hospedado, encontrei o chão sujo e o banheiro em condições de higiene bastante inadequadas. No banheiro, havia evidentes manchas de urina no vaso sanitário, além de manchas no box e mofo/bolor no teto, o que denota uma negligência alarmante na manutenção e limpeza dos quartos e justifica o forte odor desagradável no banheiro. Quanto ao atendimento, ao tentar estender minha estadia por mais um dia, os funcionários não souberam como proceder. Fui informado de que precisaria desocupar o quarto completamente para realizar o check-out e, em seguida, fazer o check-in em outro quarto, o que considero um absurdo. Posteriormente, precisando estender a viagem por mais dois dias, optei por mudar de hotel.
