Nie polecam tego miejsca. Pokoje maleńkie, przeszklona ściana łącząca łazienkę z pokojem- z sypialni widok na sedes. Szafa dla 2 dorosłych i dziecka tak mała, że jedna osoba miałby problem się zmieścić. Obsługa na wszystko rozkłada ręce i nie jest w stanie rozwiązać żadnego problemu. Zamawiając w barze coś do picia trzeba czekać 15 minut, bo nie ma lodu. W menu nocnym nie ma ani jednego dania dostosowanego pod dzieci. Obiado- kolacje to istna porażka!!! Jedzenie jest kompletnie nie przyprawione, a mięsa są łykowate i twarde. Parking należący do hotelu jest tak mały, że nie da się stanąć- trzeba korzystać z parkingu miejskiego na którym nie zawsze są miejsca. Ludzie koczują kilka godzin pod hotelem, czekając aż ktoś odjedzie aby stanąć!! Największym zaskoczeniem jest plaża „hotelowa” - 13 leżaków jest darmowych ( drewniane z materiałowym siedziskiem, brudne i stare)na 130 pokoi w hotelu, natomiast płatnych- 60 zł za sztukę jest sporo, ale są w takim stanie, że brzydziłam się na nich usiąść. W beach barze same słodkie przekąski. Jestem niesamowicie rozczarowana pobytem w tym miejscu!!!

Très bel établissement non loin de la grande et belle plage de Sopot. Belle chambre et salle de bains avec douche italienne. Le petit déjeuner est varié et satisfait toutes les envies. Le personnel est très sympa. Le restaurant offre une très jolie terrasse verdoyante et agréable. La carte n’est pas sans fin mais propose des plats vraiment très bons et un service très attentionné. Piscine intérieure et spa sont à disposition. Le bar de l’hôtel est top avec une très belle carte. A recommander pour une visite reposante et plaisante de la région de Sopot. Merci à toute l’équipe. Amazing property but mostly staff. Very accommodating and helpful when needed. Beds are comfortable but you can’t separate them for two people unless you need them for kids. Grab studio bed instead which is lovely. Breakfast is delicious together with espresso coffee machine and access to oat milk or almond milk which you can froth and add to your coffee (I consider myself a Coffee connoisseur hence the info :) also I traveled a lot staying mostly in 4 & 5 star hotels across the world having come from USA so I’d consider this hotel very comparable alongside S Africa hotels. Close to the beach and restaurants alongside it. I walked everywhere. Overall, very pleasant 5 night stay and I’d def go back. Thank you to all making my stay so enjoyable.

Great buffet breakfast, next time we may visit just to have breakfast! The hotel is quite new, nicely decorated, windows can be opened. Good location in a quiet part of Sopot, short walk to the beach. Welcoming staff. What I did not like about the hotel : the housekeeping team uses air freshener and the smell is quite strong. Had to open the window to get rid of the smell and it went away only the next day. We had two single beds and they were quite small. The biggest issue was the noise at night. There was a corporate party on the ground floor and the guests were very loud until 1-2 am. I think the hotel staff should make sure that all their guests have a pleasant stay.

My children and I had a nice stay at Hotel Spot. I would love to take my family to this hotel again. But…. We had an early flight back home, in a hurry I lost one of my earplugs (AirPods). I sent an email to the Hotel as soon as I found out and I also made a call. I asked them if they could send med the ear plug by letter, but they said that they only could send me the earplug if I arranged a courier. Which would cost me more than a new earplug. I’m sad to say that this made a sad end of a nice vacation..
