The Son Doong Riverside exceeded all of my expectations -- it was super clean in both the room and the common areas, the staff was helpful, it was well located (about 1 km from town, it was on the river with a great breakfast area on the banks). They arranged for airport transportation and the cave tour (Paradise, Phong Nha Cave, Botanical Gardens and lunch) and were very helpful at all times, including laundry. The shower was capable of super hot water and the bed was very comfortable. I spoke to other people who weren't as happy with their home stay as I was with the Son Doong Riverside. I would recommend this place to any friend or family member planning to visit Phong Nha. It has everything that you want and need.

We had a late arrival from Hanoi and told them about that in advance and they picked us up from the bus stop for free. The room we had was really big, with a double bed and a good sized bathroom. The room was clean and the bed really comfortable. The staff was so helpful and friendly, they helped us book a cave tour in advance and a bus transport to Dong Hoi railway station. If we ever go back to Phong Nha we’ll stay here and we’re gonna recommend this place to our friends and family’s members.

We visited Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park with Vietnamese friends in February (we spent there 10 days). We stayed in Son Doong Riverside Homestay. The owners are extremely kind and the staff is very helpful, the rooms are clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony spectacular, especially in the morning and sunset. Besides visiting the Phong Nha and Paradise caves I can strongly recommend to try some tour organized by the Green Land Travel which is connected to the hotel. Among the tours we tried which goes to Ruc Mon Cave. It was excellent especially if someone likes challenge and adventure.

Stayed 2 nights with this lovely family - rooms were clean, fresh and beds/pillows very comfortable. The family were very welcoming - lovely stay. The stay was opposite the river and it was lovely to enjoy brekky/drinks by the river. I wish the family well

Bon rapport qualité-prix, petit déjeuner compris (menu vietnamien), établissement propre et personnel serviable (anglais de base), bicyclettes disponibles gratuitement, scooter en location 150000d la journée + essence, possibilité de payer avec carte de crédit (+3%) ... si la machine fonctionne, sinon guichet ATM à 800m, distance de l'hôtel avec le centre du village/centre touristique/ticket office. Avec votre réservation, ils viendront vous chercher à l'arrêt de bus à votre arrivée et vous raccompagneront à votre départ avec le sourire et sans frais supplémentaires. Plusieurs tours sont offerts à partir de l'hôtel, de même que les billets de bus pour votre prochaine destination. Très facile, cordial et agréable séjour.
