Wir haben 4 wunderschöne Wochen (Dez. 24 - Jan. 25) im Easy Five verbracht. Hier wird „Komme als Gast und gehe als Freund“ gelebt! Ally und Dave sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Sehr kompetent und überaus hilfsbereit! Das Easy Five ist eine Oase, sehr gepflegt und man legt Wert auf Sauberkeit und das Wohlbefinden der Gäste. Sehr empfehlenswert ist auch das Frühstück. Überdurchschnittlich, sehr kreativ und immer lecker. Vielen Dank an das Team und liebe Grüße auch an Dorian! Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Urlaub bei Ally und Dave. Very competent and extremely helpful! The Easy Five is an oasis, very well-kept and they attach great importance to cleanliness and the well-being of their guests. The breakfast is also highly recommended. Above average, very creative and always delicious. Many thanks to the team and best wishes to Dorian! The room was clean and comfortable. The hosts are wonderful and accommodating. Alley gave us advice on places to go and even lent us hats as we weren’t prepared for the strength of the sun.

We can’t recommend Easy Five enough! We were so impressed. Beautiful and peaceful. Clean and exceptionally comfortable. What more can one say! Go and stay at Easy Five - it is perfect. Our hostess was wonderful - so welcoming and approachable.

We traveled for a school weekend tournament and staying close to the school was the best choice. Easy five was just what we needed. It was comfortable and clean.

Dave is a friendly host. We had a pleasant stay. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool and their room upstairs. First stay in Somerset West. Easy Five is situated in a beautiful area. Will definitely be back.

The Canadian host was one of the most inshospitable, unhelpful I have ever met - anywhere in the world. He just sat there while I moved everything from my car to the room on arrival and then back to my car when I left. When I asked for help with the heavy cases (I am 74 years old) he told me he had a bad back....He made no effort to get various guests together in the evenings around the pool and, when I dared to point this out, he accused me of 'complaining' ! He ruined my birthday with his unpleasantness and, when I told him I wanted to move out early, he agreed to the two days notice. He said 'fine, then I will open up the bookings again'. However, when I checked ********** the next day, I discovered that he had not and that the place was advertised as being fully booked! I then texted him to let him know I would still be moving out the next day, would then hand over the keys and let him refund me the R16,100.00 I had already paid in advance for the remaining days at the overpriced rate of R1150.00 per night... After loading up my car (while he sat by the pool!), I handed over the keys and gave him my credit card for the refund. He looked straight at me and asked me 'What's that for?' I simply could not believe it when he told me he wasn't going to refund me. I was dumbfounded. Since then, I have been very unwell and in shock. I now have a lawyer helping me to recover all that money - about £800.00!!! This man, Francis Moran, should NOT be allowed to continue running a guesthouse in ths country.
