Holiday Inn Express 弗農- 曼徹斯特(Holiday Inn Express Vernon - Manchester)

Top check in even though it was past 3am. Room was clean as was the bathroom. Went to breakfast at 910am and there we limited options so you may want to go earlier. Pretty much what you expect from a Holiday Inn.

Great attention to detail at this property. Very nice breakfast. Very friendly staff. It was refreshing to stay somewhere where management and employees were paying attention and doing their jobs to provide a clean and comfortable place to stay. I would definitely stay here again.

All hotels in this general part of New England are insanely priced, so this hotel was more in our price range while still being clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and shopping, convenient access to highway. Breakfast area is a little cramped but food options were better than other similar hotels. Bed very comfortable, amenities were standard for this level of hotel. Upstairs neighbors were excessively noisy but after mentioning to front desk staff, they were quiet.

Went to visit family (who live right down the street), could not have asked for a more comfortable, enjoyable and accommodating experience!

This is an old property and needs a major overhaul, it is very expensive for the state it is in and the price we paid, their gym is laughable, old machines that make terrible noises and the one treadmill they have you cannot run on it without its thread skipping a turn, in fact it is dangerous. the business office computers are probably 10 years old and super slow, the bathroom tub squeaks under your feet and you worry if it is going to crack or something. The only good things are that staff were nice and attentive the breakfast is also good enough, other than that it is not worth it.

I didn't like the fact this chain of motels would not refund any of my money made for the reservation due a cancelation I had to make. I made the request almost a full 72 hours in advance and wasn't offered a dime. I would have accepted 1/2, maybe, but nothing, this is capitalism at it's worst. I would suggest ******* does not continue business with such companies.

Liked that it had a fitness room and pool. The breakfast buffet was good. The employee Maria replenished the food and went above and beyond to make sure the clients were satisfied.

We liked the clean room and the complimentary breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will defiantly refer friends and family.
