哈特福德機場萬楓套房飯店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Hartford Airport)

Quaint location in Windsor Locks next to Ruby Tuesday’s and several restaurants. Service at reception (George) is very friendly and welcoming. Clean facilities. A little gym and pool on the ground floor that are just enough to stay active and keep in shape. Would happily stay here again!

I had an amazing time here. The pool was a nice size and beautiful inside.

Stayed at this hotel twice once when we flew in and once when we flew out of Hartford. The first stay was ok. Nothing fantastic but clean enough. We decided since the first stay ok we would book the same hotel before flying out super early because we didn’t want to chance a bad stay at another hotel. And I wish we would have stayed somewhere else. The room looked clean but floor felt disgusting. But the worst part was room smelled like urine and I kept waking up in the middle of the night to urine smell. AC and mini fridge were also very loud. One of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced and the price was not cheap. Overall so disappointed.

Receptionist was kind and helpful for traveler like me.

I stayed here twice, once on each end of my trip. The hotel was very nice and quiet. Staff were responsive to my needs and kind. The only issue I had was the stopper in the bathtub did not work. I didn't call on it because I was tired. Otherwise lovely place to stay.

The room was nice , the people were nice however the free breakfast was horrible! A limited selection and what was there was not edible! I ate toast !

Super friendly staff, great place to stay if you have an early morning flight. Very convenient with the shuttle

Pool was out of order, elevator was broken, ran out of forks, pot holes outside property. Paid too much for what I received
