Hotel liegt relativ zentral. Parktplatz muss über eine App bezahlt werden. Leider keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

I booked a superior room for a couple of nights during a business trip. The Superior Room I got felt unclean, there were lipstick marks on the window and dirt on the bathroom floor. This hotel also operates a policy where the rooms are not cleaned by default unless you ask for it in reception every time. This is supposedly to save water and the environment but I cannot help to feel that this is just to save money... their cleaning staff could still make beds and check that there aren't replenishable items missing and still save water. On the plus side, the location is very convenient for business trips, there is free parking and breakfast is excellent.

On my trip to Stockholm I went together with my family and girlfriend to the hotell and the experience there was very good we got good assitance at the hotell and everything went smoothly. The breakfast was good, i didnt eat at the resturaunt there so I dont know about the lunch or dinner. But the room was clean! Thank you for your service! I will definetly be coming back in the future.

great hotel great links to local transport or buses only 5mins walk rooms snd nice and comfy staff are helpful you can ask any questions nothing too much trouble hot shower downside no carpet on floor makes it warmer for this time year breakfast is good lot of variety restaurant and bar bit pricy if your on a budget petrol station 30 yds away great for snacks hot food drink etc

Good hotel with friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and perfect location for going to see events at the Friends Arena. We went to see Taylor Swift there, and it was easy few minutes walk through a park to Friends Arena. The rooms are clean and OK, but need renovation soon. Our rooms didn’t have a fridge at all, which was surprising. We also didn’t have air conditioning at all, which was starting to be a problem on warm days as the room got hot. Luckily the window was openable for some ventilation. But because of the heat, sleeping wasn’t the best. Toilets have been renovated already it seems and they are very nice and modern.

We stayed 2 nights during the Taylor Swift concert weekend. I was contacted in advance about the earlier arrival time when we came really early in the morning by ship to Sweden. Check-in was promised for an additional fee at 12 o'clock. When we arrived at the place, we did not get this service, because the room had not been cleaned yet. 1.5 hours later, I tried to present my case to another person who worked at the respa, and this particular 69*6 did save our day and the trip by checking us in without charging for that service again. The room was clean and we got extra towels by asking the cleaners. The breakfast was comprehensive and filling. The hotel was within walking distance of Friends Areena. As we were leaving early in the morning, we still took the breakfast bags with us. The person 72*6 who helped us at the respa in the morning was extremely friendly. Special thanks to these two diamond workers 69*6 and 72*6 Vi stannade 2 nätter under Taylor Swift-konserthelgen.
