Goed geholpen.

Need some renovation, everything is old and worn out, bad ventilation, strange and unpolite staff, long wait in reception, they gave us wrong room, not that I’ve paid for. Not worth the money that we paid for it! Strange flags in the front of hotel what made many questions from my yungest child!

I booked a superior room for a couple of nights during a business trip. The Superior Room I got felt unclean, there were lipstick marks on the window and dirt on the bathroom floor. This hotel also operates a policy where the rooms are not cleaned by default unless you ask for it in reception every time. This is supposedly to save water and the environment but I cannot help to feel that this is just to save money... their cleaning staff could still make beds and check that there aren't replenishable items missing and still save water. On the plus side, the location is very convenient for business trips, there is free parking and breakfast is excellent.

The hotel needs a total renovation! The place mostly resembled a 70s motel. In my room, the curtains smelled of cigarettes, the blinds were broken. The toilet had been renovated, but there was no counter space around the sink. The water glasses were left above the toilet with the open side up without any hygiene protection!! Don't dare to use them if the cleaner has flushed the toilet after they have been put in it. You couldn't adjust the temperature in the room, there didn't even seem to be air conditioning. Throbbing and hot. The public facilities were completely outdated and in poor condition. The service was ok. The versatility of the breakfast is a plus, although the breakfast was disturbed by the fact that the whole time there was a feeling that one could not trust the hygiene. The selection in the bar next to the reception was limited and poor. All in all, a very unpleasant experience, which was entirely due to the setting (so not the staff). Never again!

great hotel great links to local transport or buses only 5mins walk rooms snd nice and comfy staff are helpful you can ask any questions nothing too much trouble hot shower downside no carpet on floor makes it warmer for this time year breakfast is good lot of variety restaurant and bar bit pricy if your on a budget petrol station 30 yds away great for snacks hot food drink etc

At the reception, when we checked in, the receptionist should have been more welcoming and polite. I was still in the process of asking questions to him, whereas he impatiently decided to provide service to other people who were next to us. Besides, I would have expected from him the natural and cordial welcoming words "Enjoy your stay" or something similar.
