Las áreas verdes y fauna muy bien, en general todos amables, sin embargo en comparación con otros resorts, si es palpable que no son los mas amables. El kids club necesita mas variedad de actividades, y los horarios están hechos para gente no nacional. Les falta alimentos las 24 horas, y los alimentos no son los mas variados ni sabrosos en comparación con otros resorts.

The reason for my 3 star review is due to the false marketing--it's 4.5 star rating that it promotes must be self appointed as anyone who has stayed at 5 star can see that this is no higher than a 4. To use the word luxury only applies to a few select spaces around the resort, so it is misleading to use that term to the resort as a whole. The resort is clean, a good beach, and a lot to do, so if that is your goal this is perfect. Food was mediocre, and getting reservations is a joke if you want an actual regular meal time (not at 5 or 9) Regular meal times are mainly reserved for their premium upcharge and people who agree to their timeshare pitch. It touts a lot of restaurants, but near the pool the breakfast closes early (10), and lunch doesn't open until 1. The timeshare pitch is really too much. The concierge really pressured us to do it, we kept saying no, she said she'd pencil us in and we could play it by ear. When we didn't show, she called, came to our room, and even said that her job performance depended on us attending. We felt badly for her, and don't feel it's fair to either the hardworking employees or the paying guests to put that type of pressure on the pitch. The fight for pool chairs was silly, the beach was not an issue as it was red flag windy our entire stay so the majority of the guests were not on it for long. We had the power and ac go out in our room multiple times, although they were quick to come and fix.

Me gusto que hayan muchos lugares para divertirse, aunque deberían implementar letreros que indiquen donde están las paradas del tren, no pudimos transportarnos bien por eso mismo. La aplicación es algo difícil para los adultos ya que el mapa es algo raro pero nos encanto la visita, tanto que no encontrábamos puntos malos!!

Vacaciones aceptables Las instalaciones del Hotel son muy amplias y tienen varias opciones de entretenimiento, lo cual facilita que los huéspedes estén distribuidos y no concentrados en una sola zona. Los restaurantes son buenos, mejora el servicio en la cena. Lo que es muy molesto es la insistencia del “Desayuno de Regalo” que tiene por objetivo que te vendan planes de alojamiento sin intermediarios… parecería que la respuesta: “gracias , no estoy interesado” no la procesan o lo hacen de mala manera

Excelente vacaciones En general todo en el hotel muy bien. Lo único que puede llegar a ser un tema es el acceso a algunos restaurantes de especialidad en la noche por el tema de no haber reservación o porque para algunos resulta casi imposible conseguirla. Hemos ido varias veces y volveremos

La verdad una propiedad muy bonita y se siente uno con mucha tranquilidad! Muy recomendable!
