Alessandra was such a great help. She was so attentive and made our trip much easier. She was the highlight of our trip . Everyone from the cleaners, maintenance guys, chefs, hosts , were all so kind and on top of things. The property itself is beautiful and has many cool wild life that just hung around. The TRS experience is definitely the best as far as what we were looking for. Top notch property, top notch staff. I am always looking for something to critique but in this case , I couldn’t find one thing. 11/10

Hit and Miss The resort is nice and spread out. Service is hit and miss. We had excellent seafood and mediocre steaks. In general, decent food at buffets, Argentina, French, Seafood restaurant. Thai restaurant was bad! I lost a nice thermist at Playa beach, family section. I have been to at least 15 resorts in Quintana Roo and this is the first time I lost an item. I requested for a camera review but people at concierge desk don't seem to care. They never get back to me.

There are so many pools, restaurants, and bars to choose from that you can spend each day in a new area if you choose to. We stayed for a week and still didn't have enough time to try each dinner restaurant. Overall the food, service, and grounds were excellent. We never once worried about our valuables being left out in our room or by the pool.

Buffet food was average-good. A La Carts were good. Played mini golf, shuffle board. Had couples massage at spa. Went to Bravo & CHIC show. Colonial pool is large, maintained. We managed to get chairs. Hotel has a Hospitality room a guest can use when they first arrive. Rooms are not available until 3:00 pm. The same room can be used on the day you check out (and all hotel amenities) until 6:00 pm.

Won’t be going back to this property again. Never experienced line-ups for restaurants at an all-inclusive. We had to wait pretty much 30/40 mins to get inside the main restaurant for every meal. Making a reservation for their specialty restaurants is like a mission. And good luck getting water in your room. It takes a minimum of an hour to get anything in the room.

Overall had a good vacation here. The food was good, the drinks were good, the property is beautiful. You can snorkel right from the beach and see beautiful colorful fish and stingrays, but the entry to the water is rocky so be ready for that. Booking the ala carte restaurants required either being in line at the concierge desk at 7 am or getting on the app then if you could get it to work, so that did impact sleeping in. One complaint we had was when we checked in they did not have the connecting rooms we booked, and they wouldn't have them for two days. They gave us tickets to the show dinner as a concession so they did something for it, but this added a good bit of inconvenience for our first couple days, with my husband and I having to be in separate rooms so our kids weren't alone in a room, and we couldn't unpack until 3 days into our week. That said, we did enjoy our stay, and the staff was friendly.
