格蘭埃斯梅拉達蘭灣飯店-全包型

我覺得這不是五星級飯店。食物不錯，但所有東西（早餐、飲料、午餐、晚餐）都得排隊。泳池水很燙。海灘上長滿了馬尾藻，他們根本沒辦法清理。劇院沒有空調。因為太熱，根本沒辦法看表演。他們只提供幾小時的日票或夜票，所以你沒辦法安心地寄行李。有些女孩的行李不見了，而且旅館也人滿為患。這應該是一家三星級飯店。

Fatal no hubo agua caliente en toda la estancia, no nos daban respuesta ni solución ni en el hotel ni trip, cucarachas por la habitación, humedad, buffet repetitivo y de mala calidad, imposible cenar en los restaurantes porque había que reservar con muchos días de antelación, antes de llegar no contestan a correos ni nada, la playa horrorosa llena de algas sucia y fea, para llegar desde playa del carmen imposible si no es un taxi qie te cobra 60€ por un trayecto de 15 min, de la puerta de entrada al lobi hay que andar dos km y de la habitación a la playa otros 2, no te acercan ni a la puerta.. NO RESERVAR NI AQUI NI ESTE HOTEL, MEJOR RIU SIN LUGAR A DUDAS

Wonderful property and great holiday. Sounds like we were lucky with a nice room in one of the newer refurbished units. Pools and restaurants were great. Smelly seaweed on the beach did not really bother us as pools were so good. Our only negative point was the ridiculous and absolutely unnecessary queues upon arrival to be checked in. We saw these queues every day. For god sake get some more check in staff !!!!!

The staff absolutely made the vacation. Every single person was so friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed special attention and personal service from the waiters and waitresses at the Festival Restaurant as well as Jaal-Ha Restaurant, the two buffet style places. The rooms where meticulously cleaned and restocked every day. Thank you very much! We did not participate in the sales presentation as we didn't feel any upgrade would be worth the price. The food did leave us somewhat disappointed, as it was pretty much the same thing everyday, except when you made reservations for the A la Carte, which was just okay. If you like to party, this is the place, as the music goes until midnight by the pools. Shopping was good, grounds were very well maintained, beach was nice despite the influx of seaweed (not their fault) The staff worked non-stop to clear as much as possible. DEFINITELY DO THE SNORKEL EXCURSION AT WET SET IN PUERTO MORALES!!! THE 2ND LARGEST REEF IN THE WORLD AND IT IS AMAZING!

From the get go, the check in person didn’t explain the resort nor did he tell me where to go to find my room. I had to figure it out by myself. Then i got a room that literally smelled like sewage water. When i tried to take a shower the smell got worse. The bathroom smelled like a public bathroom (smell of pee). It was impossible to reserve at the steak house. The food was very mediocre on every other restaurant of the resort. The beach was just awful. Everything stank

The property itself is dated, but nice. Don't expect 5 star accomodations or top tier hotel looks because it's not that. But, it is clean, peaceful, fun, relaxed and the Staff are all really friendly and hospitable. Go to relax and have a good time. Also, loved the food.
