伯格蘭設計及康體飯店(Bergland Design- Und Wellnesshotel)

Yet again a truly wonderful holiday at the Bergland hotel! What makes it special is the outstanding design plus the staff many of whom have worked there for decades. In service we again had the pleasure of first class waiters Fenec, Robin (soon to be sommelier), Helena and her sister plus many more. Breakfast buffet is wonderful and the a la carte dining too notch! Reception staff has been starkly upgraded - the team is responsive and very guest-focussed (thanks Bas and others!) Bar staff is also excellent and they can prepare any cocktail of your liking. Not least thanks so much to Sara for hosting our ski safari this time and spending so much time with us (best of luck for your endeavours). Also wonderful to see co-owner Siggi again who takes his time to speak with all guests. Only considerable downside this time was the SPA service. While facilities are great service is sub-standard. We booked a massage and were allocated a slot, no asking about preferences, prior medical history, welcome for intro. No info on prices were provided (€89). We were allocated a male therapist without checking if we’re comfortable with that and when noting that we were not the staff didn’t bother and still didn’t change. The massage then was awkward and hastily conducted as also the therapist realised us being uncomfortable. When we asked to speak to the SPA manager they didn’t revert. Our table neighbours noted a similar occurrence where their teenager daughter also was treated by the male therapist without checking if they felt comfortable. Further the dress code in the sauna area was not enforced which again made the visit uncomfortable. As we very much love the hotel we hope this issue will be addressed.

Wir waren vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment super aufgehoben. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und gepflegt . Die Zimmer sehr großzügig und sauber. Das Essen absolut empfehlenswert. Die Lage top zentral . Hunde sind hier herzlich willkommen. Der hauseigene Sportladen ist nicht nur praktisch sondern auch sehr hilfsbereit. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Top !

Danke für die schöne Zeit im Hotel Bergland! Bereits bei Anreise wird man herzlich begrüßt. Danke an Bas, Jose und Timon von der Rezeption, danke an Julia und ihr Team, die den wunderschönen Spa-Bereich betreut. Josef hat uns bei jedem Frühstück erstklassig betreut (danke für die Herzlichkeit und Professionalität). Das Restaurant Wine & Dine war eines unserer Highlights...die Küche versteht definitiv ihr Handwerk - danke an Boban und Jure...und natürlich den erstklassigen Service von Puck. Das Hotel kann man mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!

excellentes Essen, super Service, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr schönes sauberes Zimmer, großzügiges Wellnessbereich, zentrale Lage. Trotz der Hauptstraße hat man nachts kein Lärm gehört. Im Ort selbst war leider kein Schnee, es gibt aber in der Umgebung sehr gute Wandermöglichkeiten, falls man nicht Skifahren möchte. Mit dem Hund hat es auch toll geklappt.

We had an absolutely amazing week at Hotel Bergland in Sölden. Our expectations were already extremely high, but they were surpassed by far. The food was truly fantastic. Their spa facilities were the best we’ve ever experienced, and the room was perfect. We were fortunate to have a quiet room with a terrace facing the courtyard, which we later found out from other guests is highly recommended. Despite being a five-star hotel, the atmosphere was relaxed, and there was a familial ambiance between the guests and staff, making the entire stay wonderfully relaxing. The fact that we had perfect snow and weather conditions for our skiing only added to the experience.

Ich bin auch beruflich in Sölden bzw. Zwieselstein im Tourismus tätig 🙋‍♂️ An meinem freien Tag bin ich gerne in der Bar vom Hotel Bergland! Ich kann es 100prozentig weiter empfehlen !!! Nette Atmosphäre und unbedingt zu erwähnen- sehr aufmerksame Bar- Mitarbeiter 😉

Bergland Design and Wellness Hotel Sölden We have just enjoyed a 7 night stay at this incredible hotel. What a gem it is! I cannot fault the hotel and their attention to detail is exceptional. We travelled as a family of 4 (2 teenagers) and we had 2 of the deluxe comfort rooms, side by side. The rooms were roomy and so very comfortable, including rocking chairs and terraces. The bathroom included a shower and seperate bathtub. The room also included bathrobes and slippers to use in the spa (more on that later). We made excellent use of the sport shop in the basement and hired our ski equipment for our week long stay. Each morning we would pop down and pick up the gear and then head to the slopes which were only minutes away. Our room package included the Half-Board option where breakfast and dinner are included. We had the same table every time, which was set especially for us each day. There was never any rush for us to vacate the table and as a result we enjoyed leisurely meals, enjoying the delicious Tyrolean produce each day. The service in the restaurant was impeccable and it is clear that the staff are very special and are cared for by the management. Each of them truly seems to enjoy being part of the Bergland family. A special mention must go to Nikolette, our waitress for most meals. She was wonderful. The sky spa in the hotel is amazing, and after skiing most mornings we enjoyed the sauna and spa time in the afternoons. It includes a Finnish sauna, a steam room and a bio-Sauna. My husband and I also enjoyed a special spa package of a body scrub, mask and massage. It was divine!!! We were especially blessed to spend new years at the hotel and had a wonderful New Year’s Eve gala dinner with live music and a real party atmosphere. A lovely evening hosted by Siggi the hotel owner also made us feel like a part of the Bergland family. I honestly could not fault the hotel for anything and am looking forward to one day visiting again. The town of Sölden is just lovely and the snow and skiing conditions are exceptional. I am so glad we found this place, I cannot recommend it more highly.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub bei dem es an nichts gefehlt hat. Das Personal und der Service war aufmerksam und sehr zuvorkommend. Speisen und Getränke sind kaum zu übertreffen. Der Wellnessbereich ist überragend und das hauseigene Sportgeschäft runden den perfekten Urlaub ab.

Ich war für drei Nächte im Sölden. Grund der Reise waren Wandern und Wellness. Ich bin bei beiden Dingen nicht enttäuscht worden. Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Das Essen (Frühstück, Nachmittags, Abendessen) waren sehr lecker. Zum Abendessen gabs verschiedene Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Der Service in der Bar war top. Ich war leider nur zur Durchreise und plane nochmals hin zu reisen. Das Zimmer war top. Ich wählte die Suite mit Badewanne. Wasser-/Apfelsaft wurden täglich aufgefüllt.
