खूप वाईट अनुभव आला. बूकिंग असून ही आम्ही दोन्ही ladies असून ही आम्हाला रूम रात्री 9.00 available करून दिला. experience very bad.

Good location, good cleanliness, food is very good, behavior of staff is good but service is a big issue.

The overall property is good. But a lot of confusion to find out your allocated room once it's handover by the hotel staff. There should be additional sign board for customer convenience. Secondary what i found the staff has to be provided training on customer service. They have to check for customer satisfaction in terms of service what they're providing.

We booked 4 rooms for our family of 8 people and paid 50% of the tariff in advance. We were charged for the entire day even though the email said 24 hour check-in & check-out, which we understood would to mean partial charge for early check-out. Rooms were just about clean and the breakfast fare was nothing to write home about. Will recommend only if you do not have any other option available to stay near Solapur city centre.

Location approach is very bad. The room was like a cave where you cannot breathe. Windows could not open. Wash room was non functional. Food was average. Overall poor experience

Hotel was nice. Staff was also decent. Area was somewhat so-so. Restaurant and food and service is nice. The room service should be improved. In deluxe room they should provide two sitting chairs. Our overall experience was good.

Very nice hotel, excellent and clean rooms. Staff also very courteous. Very nice food. Would recommend to everyone

Location is near railway station. Food quality was good but service was very slow. Rooms were clean, but beds were very small sufficient for single person. As we had 2 kids, it was inconvenient. One more major problem was the hotel refused to give early check in despite multiple requests.
