A very nice property. Very polite staff And food was super yumm. Chef Parveen Kumar ke haath mein jadu hai 😊 He served us chicken tikka and Reshami chicken tikka. It was super yumm . Apart from it he served it so nicely and with so much of humility. It was a very good experience.

We came to this place from Taj theog. We were pleasantly surprised by the service and the food here. The food is superb. The khatta meat cooked by Mr Praveen Kumar was excellent. So was the beetroot halwa. The rooms are nice and active action is required going up and down. But it’s worth it.

We checked in , got fabulous tea and the dinner was outstanding, chef Anand Lal & Sant Ram had made fabulous chicken , mutton and vegetarian food. The cottage is excellent . Thank you for a great experience. Only there was a large group who were very loud so had to tell them to tone down the music. Rest all great.

Yummy food. Mr Praveen Executive Housekeeper, Front Office ***ager and Jyotsna are very utmost people and playing their role in the guidance of Mr Gunjan Pandey ji GM of the hotel. Wahhhh ..wht a team Pandey ji .All the time they were very helpful for every guest requirements I recommend this property to everyone .

MFK fastival 2024 doing is very beautiful in this hotel WH Santa roza. Meena ki dastan episode is very nice. Himalayan routes is awesome .HP 14 band is rocking and fantastic. Hotel was well decorated and view from the hotel rooms is very good . The food was very good and himachali thaali at live counters was excellent. Staff of the hotel have smily faces and they were very helpfull. Specially thanks to housekeeping department who make attention to clean the dirty areas. And specially thanks to GM Mr. Gunjan pandey who make proper arrangements . I can give advice to all please visit the hotel for a luxurious stay.

Music Fest attended at Santa Roza kasauli, what an amazing arrangements starting from Himachali music to welcome and saxophone to make the vibes. Followed by artists jaslin aulkh, kutle khan, kavita seth , bollywood gharana and HP-14 band everyone was amazing. Best part was hospitality of Hotel Santa Roza by ITC truly commendable. Rooms, terrace, garden, cafe fountain. Special thanks to Gunjan Pandey Gm Saab, Parveen, pardeep , Avinash and chef Sant you all were amazing and made my staycation for whole life. Highly Recommended for staycation.

Amazing resort for great events. We enjoyed lots for the Music Fest Kasauli. Arrangments done by team Santa Roza is great. We love the food and arrangments. We had done lots of fun. Dedicated team as they done the full setup after mashup by rain and strom . Hats off team... Will come soon.. love u all..
