We had a pleasent stay at Rosetum kasauli. This place has a beautiful ambience and property was set in a very beautiful location. Food was extremely delicious. Pool was set in top floor and had a beautiful view. Rooms are very hygienic and properly managed. Staff was very good and nature was each and every staff was very humble. Especial mention Mr. Sanjay He just made our stay more comfortable. We will definitely come again and also recommend this property to our family and friends.

Staff was very friendly, Swimming pool was awesome, rooms have great views with private balcony. Best couple friendly resort in kasauli.

No room service , no extra keys , no medical emergency assistance, ruthless staff.. No copration at all Poor service...

I recently stayed at Rosetum Kasauli and overall I had a very good experience. The rooms very well maintained and cleaned. The staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Thanks to the entire team of Rosetum specially GM Mr. Sourav Goswami. I will surely recommend this property.

My Honest Experience at Rosetum Kasauli – Setting the Record Straight I’m appalled by the unprofessional and accusatory response from the hotel management to my honest review. Since they’ve chosen to fabricate a story and publicly question my integrity, here’s my side – with facts. 1. About the insect in food: Let’s start with the most serious concern. Yes, I reported finding an insect in the food. The fact that I didn’t immediately complain mid-bite does NOT invalidate the issue. Sometimes guests give the benefit of doubt and try not to create a scene – but that clearly doesn’t work at Rosetum. Dismissing a food safety issue by claiming the dish was “finished” is not just irresponsible, it’s dangerous. Clean plate ≠ clean conscience — maybe focus more on your kitchen hygiene than gaslighting guests. 2. On “complimentary snacks” and manipulation: This is a shocking accusation. At no point did I negotiate or demand free food. The snacks were offered by your staff after I raised genuine concerns. I didn’t ask for it, and it was not in exchange for removing my review. Claiming I returned with another review to get “more free stuff” is absolutely FALSE and defamatory. 3. Room Quality & False Advertising: The room provided was not as per description or visuals shown online. There was a foul smell, broken kettle, and no view despite prior commitment. I raised this politely — and instead of taking feedback, you chose to spin a narrative to deflect blame. 4. Discount Demands: I asked for a reasonable adjustment to the final bill considering the poor hygiene and room issues. I did not demand anything excessive. When I was denied, I voiced my concerns, yes — but without any threats or “drama” as you claim. You’re twisting guest frustration into misconduct to shield your shortcomings. 5. Smear Tactics Instead of Accountability: Instead of apologizing, you’ve chosen to attack the guest’s character — that says a lot about your hospitality philosophy. I wonder how many other guests have stayed silent to avoid this kind of public shaming. ⸻ If this is how Rosetum Kasauli handles negative feedback — with baseless accusations and an aggressive tone — then future guests deserve to know.
