房間緊湊，有辦公桌，洗浴間比較小，視野不錯，旁邊就是2號地鐵站，歐洲聯盟站，斜對面就是大型超市，生活比較方便，旁邊有水晶博物館和大公園

設施還可以，沒有很舊

This was my second time at Hemus , staff were extremely friendly and rooms were nice as always, it’s a 4 star hotel with slightly dated fitments so pls manage expectations but it’s good value for money and great connections to city center. Highly recommend for value for money

Struttura vecchio stile. Camera al 14 piano molto datata e piccolissima. Servizi in camera inesistenti. Neanche una bottiglietta d’acqua. Frigo bar desolatamente vuoto. Bagno piccolissimo. Prezzo troppo alto per qualità offerta. Reception gentilissimi

Очень понравилось местоположение. Рядом метро и торговый центр. Вид из окна 16 этажа на горы восхитительный. Есть центральное отопление и мощный кондиционер. Вкусные завтраки.

Отель очень старенький, номера старые, несовременные, с/у очень маленький и старенький. Но отличное расположение, есть парковка бесплатная около отеля и платный подземный паркинг. В целом на 1 ночь нормально.

It was an amazing experience staying in Hemus hotel in Sofia I highly recommend it to anyone want to travel to Sofia easy access to every where and full city view

The room smelled, the carpet on the floor was dirty, none of the electronics in the room (TV, Telephone, refrigerator, and air conditioner) were working, and one of the four sockets was working. Parking is paid and costs 20 BGN, Breakfast is very poor and 15 BGN. The only good thing about the hotel is its location.

Old hotel, attention at the front desk it really needs improvements, unfortunatly we had a bad experience from the start on the reception, I'm not sure if it is because they don't speak a good English or if they are like that, not friendly who makes us feel not welcome. The room has no mini bar, very small bathroom, old TV and they dod not have double bad as requested. It has a nice view from the window but I don't think I will stay he again

Nice breakfast, terrible bathroom. The best of the hotel is a continental breakfast with a great selection to start your day. The rooms are spartan with a horrible shower system and smelling mold all the time. In adition of that, experienced no water at all for a while, no hot water, and had to call fixing the remote control. Tip: ask for an extra towel to dry the bathroom floor after showering, and keep the bathroom exhaust turned on all the time helping with the room smells.

I'll start with the positive points first: - I'll start with the positive points first - The minibar and the drinks at the bar are cheap Now the negative points they are effecting mostly the rooms: - The carpet is dirty and the rooms stink. Most probably they never changed the carpet since the hotel was build - The air conditioning was installed later. The hose to dispose the water from the air conditioner goes through a hose into the bathroom and ends above the bathroom floor. this means that the bathroom is always flooded when the air conditioning is on. this is definitely not acceptable. - The room cannot be darkened because the fabric of the curtains is very very thin and translucent. As soon as the sun rises it is not possible to sleep. In my case it was around 05:30AM when the sun came up. This point bothered me the most because I didn't get enough sleep on my business trip. I have visited the hotel Hemus regularly since 2017 when I have not been able to get a room elsewhere. in 2019 they had done major renovations, but I still don't understand what exactly was improved. the points just mentioned above have not been resolved. only the tv was exchanged for a flat screen and the bracket for the old tube tv was removed. Maybe this was the reason of renovation. I hope that someone from the hotel will read this as a general overhaul is urgently needed. Especially with the carpet and the curtains. There's no point in choosing a hotel to relax after a long meeting day and can't even sleep because of the windows that can't be darkened or the smell of the carpet that has never been replaced.

The lobby is gorgeous. When I got to my room, the carpet was threadbare and was already loose and coming up. It was clean, but I was shocked by the carpet and overall look of the room. The employees were friendly and very helpful.
