Ci siamo trovati molto bene, struttura che consiglio. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. È centrale. Vicino si ha tutto, le maggiori attrazioni della città, Bar , ristoranti, negozi, market. La metropolitana serdica è tranquillamente raggiungibile a piedi. Il personale della struttura è sempre molto gentile e disponibile, ottima comunicazione con loro, fin da subito, sia tramite email, che in struttura. La nostra camera con bagno, erano grandi il giusto e molto pulite, non mancava nulla. Avevamo il frigorifero, l' aria condizionata, servizio di pulizia in camera, e cambio asciugamani giornaliero. Nella hall si può usare la macchinetta del caffè, e vi sono sempre dei dolci a disposizione, ed è una hall molto carina, con dei bei divanetti. Il palazzo è videosorvegliato, c'è l' ascensore, e fino alle 18 c'è il portiere. È veramente una struttura pulita, sicura, comoda. Le camere e i bagni si vede che sono stati rifatti a nuovo da poco. Letto comodo. In bagno c'era sempre l' acqua calda. In camera ci hanno omaggiato con delle bottiglie di acqua. Tornerei in questa struttura e la consiglio. Ottima struttura.

This a modern clean place to stay right in the centre of town. The room as compact, comfortable and just right. Excellent shower. The staff were really good at welcoming and helping us find taxis and guiding us where to eat out and go sight seeing. English language excellent. Just 150 yards from the law courts where the free walks go from. Restaurants and bars within a couple minutes walk.

As others have said this is a great location. One person mentioned the difficulty of checking in which we also had. There is a front desk but no one is there before 11 am or after 7pm. Check on this. The times may have changed. This is not a regular Hotel. It is on the 4th floor of an office like building. When someone is there they were always very helpful. The coffee machine in the lobby we could never get to work. When we were there something happened at about 4 am which made us all evacuate the hotel which was a bit disturbing especially since there was no desk clerk to help. The price and the location were great as was the room.

This has been a terrible experience with the front desk. MIRA the receptionist has not been helpful about anything we ask for or needed. Everything with her has been a problem. We were 2 days without TV as she said nobody answers the phone when she calls to the Cable company. Also she can only wait for 4 minutes for someone to answer. When we needed a refund for staying 14 days instead of 15 days she said she could not give us a refund on the credit because her terminal does not allow it. So we had to call our credit card company to dispute one day extra- charge. We are coming back to Sofia the summer of 2026 and will not stay in this hotel if MIRA is still working there. Otherwise the other employees have been wonderful. MIRA is the problem especially since she wants to argue with the guests and be defiant. Very disappointed.

Posizione ottima, vicino alla metro e alle attrazioni principali. Camera spaziosa e pulita con 2 ambienti separati. Bagno non immenso ma pulito e comunque ben predisposto. Il personale parla inglese ed è stato gentile. Non c'è una reception vera e propria ma basta avvisare e si fanno trovare all'arrivo. Addirittura 2 TV, una in camera da letto e una in zona living. È più un residence che un hotel ma lo super consiglio.

This hotel has a disgraceful and inflexible attitude towards international customers. They told me I have to check my phone on the day of arrival to get the check in code. When i explained that I did not plan to buy a local sim card and so checking my phone would be difficult, they could not care less and basically said 'tough, that is the only option we offer'. So, is my staying at your hotel all about what is convenient and what works for you rather than what is convenient for the guest. Hotels with this sort of attitude should not be allowed to operate. Disgraceful!

Chambre fonctionnelle, bien décorée, très propre, le ménage est fait quotidiennement. Le personnel â la réception est souriant et de bons conseils. Le canapé lit est petit pour 2 ados, il convient plutôt à des enfants en bas âge. Hôtel Idéalement situé, tout se fait à pieds.

Lovely surprise in the heart of Sofia , walking distance to all the sights , restaurants and shopping . The staff is young , energetic and very welcome . Details made my stay memorable , complimentary coffee all day , biscuits and cake , a bottle of 1,5 lt of mineral water everyday in the room for free , you can leave your bags the day of the departure in lockers for free . Clean and quiet . The only bad note is the Wifi ,very spotty , kept getting off . But otherwise I highly recommend it !

i would just like to share my gratitude for the staff of this hotel, very well located, for the perfection they maintain it very clean, peaceful and so efficient; absolutely nothing to complain, only compliments from my side; appreciated a lot the fact the room has an entry suite where one can receive the friends - with generous sofa and tea facility, without intrusion to the proper bedroom;
