The kitchen and main living area are located on the first floor. This living area is complete with a lounge suite, TV, video, DVD player, stereo and dining area. The dining table seats 10 people comfortably. The home has a split system air-conditioned/heater for your comfort both upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen is fully set up with with crockery, cutlery, gas hotplate, an electric fan forced oven, microwave and a dishwasher. There are a wide selection of condiments and basic cooking needs such as flour, sugar, tea and coffee. The extensive decking off the lounge room has a gas BBQ available. The beach is patrolled by lifeguards over the summer periods and is ideal for surfing, body surfing, and boogie boarding. Great for families. Smith's beach is only a short drive to the Fairy Penguin Parade, The Nobbies and the Australian Motor Cycle Grand Prix Circuit.
