斯勞普瑞米爾飯店(Premier Inn Slough)

We chose Slough for the location…LEGOLAND and Windsor castle visit’s with our granddaughter. Checkin was effortless and our room was everything we expected from a premier inn. We like how you can just help yourself to tea/coffee etc, and like that you can just request your room to be cleaned if you wish. We had breakfast and evening meals at the hotel. Breakfast again what we’ve always come to expect, a wide range on continental and cooked breakfast was self service to, again constantly being refilled and all fresh. Evening meals there was decent choice and great value for money. What was really great about this location was the staff, we were there 26/27 May, and the staff were fantastic, we hadn’t booked an evening meal but after a long day at Legoland our granddaughter was tired and didn’t want to eat out, even though they were extremely busy they set up a table for us so we could stay, it was great service, the staff were fantastic in making sure we were ok and especially our granddaughter We will definitely use this location when we’re in the area again

We initially booked in for one night and only realised we needed to book another night in the morning. Sadly when we went to book, the only room available was a disabled room. Which would have meant we needed to pack up before noon and leave our room. Hang around for 3 hours and then check into another room. On top of work and commitments. The Duty Manager on shift was SAAD. He was exceptional and so understanding. He is an Angel and made it so we could stay in our room to continue our work, make our appointments and use the same room we had to stay another booked night. He went above and beyond his call of duty to satisfy the customers and is a stand out member of staff. He was calm, collective, very responsive to the situation and resolved the problem laid before him to satisfy everyone. Top marks for the staff of Premier Inn.

We chose this hotel fir the price and location to both venues. Lovely hotel in every way but unfortunately the member of staff that served us our evening meal did not understand the seriousness of food allergies. Quite rightly we were asked on entrance if there were any but once explained what they were there was no effort to assist in avoiding the item that I am allergic to. We were just given a folder to read on an allergies and when I asked if a particular meal contained peppers she replied “I do not know”. So I suggested she went and asked the chef- she came back with the response “ we don’t have the box that the food came in so can’t tell you the contents!” Not really a satisfactory answer since if I eat peppers I become quite unwell. If I had gone ahead and unknowingly eaten peppers I would have been quite unwell. More responsibility needs to be taken - it is not acceptable that they ask if any allergies but then are unable to offer an allergy free meal. More staff training required and accountability please .

Was a lovely break used as a base to see family and we where celebrating a 50th when down and the management dressed the room on arrival which was a lovely gesture always a lovely stay here and staff are so friendly.

Restaurant staff 100% Demetra excellent service and would highly recommend this branch of premier inn if in the area I will certainly be returning if work permits. Room clean and also a good nights sleep.

This stay was perfect for visiting legoland harry potter studio has parking extra cost but cheap enough . Has a sainsbury's next door and mcdonalds close by was a perfect stay for a 9 year old !

This was another stay in a decent Premier Inn. Room nice and clean and plenty of parking. Not much nearby but large supermarket next door. Quite enough at night despite being located on a busy main road. Food was ok in the restaurant. Be aware when checking in, large signs and leaflets advising you that car/van thief’s operate in the area so appears they have an issue with this. Doesn’t fill you with confidence when leaving your van overnight.

Cristian was very welcoming even as we came late in the evening felt right at home we hope you can let him know how much me and my family appreciate him also hopefully compensated. But overall very happy stay and the beds are sooooooooooooo comfortable

great stay as always, great staff especially Aneta for breakfast. first first as needing a dairy free diet, very limited choice no oat or almond milk or yoghurts. Conflicting advice on menu qr code allergens and what staff said I could have.
