斯勞普瑞米爾飯店

No hotel amenities were available. No slippers, toothbrush, no room telephone no any single thing. The staff strictly mentioned that they couldn’t even check in a minute earlier If the check-in time was 3 pm.  No European or Chinese socket was available in the hotel (no spare one or portable available ), Had to go to a new location to buy one. The hotel staff wasn’t very friendly and straightforward. I may never gonna use any Premier Inn hotel ever again.

Czysto obsluga mila

Premier inn, but not premier inside, we booked this hotel as we love premier inns , family safe and facilities always attract us. The staff here are so friendly , however the decor and hotel really lets them down. Reception was like a bomb site , cables , wires everywhere , dehumidifiers in the bar area , no relaxing or inviting , we where never told of the Issues on booking otherwise we would never of gone. The room was nice , the decor was terrible , holes / scrapes in the walls , paint peeling off door frames , the aircon smelt of urine , it clearly needs a service and the dust inside it was terrible. It never cooled the room below 26c even when set to 19c , reception said it’s controlled centrally due to other guests complaining they get cold? Since when was the aircon controlled centrally! , I wanted to change rooms but our austic son was settled in bed and it would ruined his night and day and LEGOLAND the next day so we had a terrible nights sleep. Really dissapointed in this hotel, just wish the staff where gifted a revamp it would have been amazing like they were.

The internet is so bad it won’t let me play Roblox and call people and Netflix and the AC is bad and it stinks so bad but the pillows are nice and the bed is nice same with the bathroom it’s a nice place but the AC and the internet sucks just saying…..

The room was small and cramped. The staff on reception were rude and unprofessional. We have always stayed in this hotel when visiting London but never again. The corridor was stinking of POT. We had to walk a mile up and down stairs to get to our room. We are of the older generation and we struggled. They gave us this crappy room because we arrived at 21.30. I had to finish work in South Wales so it took a few hours. We tried calling several times to notify them but no one answered the phone. Dreadful service and dreadful hotel now. It’s gone down hill very quickly.

Half a ceiling in reception, some sort of crime scene area in reception, hallways that smelled like a dead body, AC that sounded like it was about to flood, two towels between seven people, HD port to the tv didn’t work, some of the most uncomfortable single beds…think I’ll sleep in the car next time. Food was decent.
