Wonderful staff who went out of their way to please. The dining director checked the room where I was scheduled to do a reading and made improvements in the set up without my asking. Other staff provided helpful information and services as requested,

Our room was extremely hot the first night had loud furniture moving and dropping things on ceiling
Room was not made up no cover for feet beds very hard and uncomfortable
Waitress on first day was rude and unwelcoming
Breakfast was fine
Overall very disappointed honestly felt like I should have had discount for at least 1 night
Will not recommend
Location was great very centrally located

Bell'hotel, confortevole, bella la stanza deluxe lato fiume. Migliorabile la colazione ricca e soprattutto il personale e i camerieri giovani e inesperti appena assunti. Tariffa troppo alte.

Check in was seamless and friendly, the room was spotless, spacious and nicely decorated and the bed and bedding very comfortable. The biggest downfall was the food which was just mediocre and this was disappointing. The waiting staff also started to remove full glasses of drink as they were trying to clear the room, it would have been nicer if they asked people to move to another area or offered to move their drinks to another area. Several people had full glasses of wine or beer confiscated before they realised what was happening. Very poor service.

The Glasshouse has a great location on the river front, close to all central Sligo restaurants & pubs. The room was comfortable and breakfast ok the usual format. The upstairs bar is quite funky!

Very comfortable friendly hotel. Staff excellent. Food excellent and good value for money. Convenient place in central Sligo. Hotel car parking very handy. No need to go outside with luggage! Wedding anniversary acknowledged by staff too. Nice card, chocolates and glass of proseco after dinner!

Amazing place. Found it a little difficult to find road into Hotel Two lamps didn't work so lighting in room not good. I like feather pillows and quilt but what they had was ok.
