Sono appena tornato da un week end lungo trascorso con moglie e amici in questo bell'hotel di Malta. Veramente tutto perfetto. Hotel nuovo ( un anno di vita), pulitissimo, moderno e locato in pieno centro a S.Julian ma in posizione tranquilla fuori dalla zona della movida notturna per fortuna! Al nostro arrivo la signora Francesca, gentilissima, ci ha anche dato parecchie informazioni su cosa vedere a Malta e come raggiungere le diverse località e consigliato tutta una serie di ristoranti in zona dove cenare la sera. Ma soprattutto ci ha fatto l'upgrade gratuito della camera da noi prenotata (una deluxe con balcone) con una mega suite all'ultimo piano veramente meravigliosa!!! Mai avuto una camera così grande e con due bagni per due persone. Grazie Francesca!!! Ottima colazione e bel solarium con piscina riscaldata sul tetto dell'hotel. Comodissimo anche il servizio di erogatore acqua fresca ad ogni piano per poter riempire le bottiglie che ti vengono omaggiate il giorno di arrivo. Veramente consigliatissimo!!!

Hôtel neuf, très belle déco, chambre spacieuse. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est dingue avec un gros choix et de bon produit. L’hôtel est très propre que ça soit dans les parties communes ou dans les chambres. Super séjour en famille. Personnel attentionné, souriant et agréable. Seule petite chose à redire c’est la température de la piscine intérieure qui est froide dans une pièce très chaude.

Nieuw hotel, verzorgde kamers, goede geluidsisolatie. Ontbijt correct en genoeg keuze maar niet wow. Personeel bij ontbijt erg vriendelijk. Aan receptie iets minder begripvol. Hadden bij boeking rustige kamer gevraagd met wat uitzicht. Kregen kamer naast de lift, op t****e verdieping, rechtover bouwwerf. Geen mogelijkheid om andere kamer te krijgen ( hadden nochtans een ‘deluxe ‘ kamer geboekt en daar dus meer voor betaald dan standaard kamer.( denk dat standaard kamers langs achterkant liggen en dus op muur en bouwwerf uitkijken ) Overal erg veel werkzaamheden rond hotel dus op dakterras aan zwembad veel lawaai en zicht op kranen en bouwwerken. Ligt wel centraal voor uitstapjes en openbaar vervoer, ook vrij dicht bij luchthaven. Weet niet of ik hier opnieuw zou boeken…

Arrivo e come concordato mi chiedono di saldare il conto delle 4 notti. Però pretendono anche un deposito di 120 euro per il pagamento di eventuali servizi di cui io potrei usufruire. Nell'arco del soggiorno spendo circa 50 in hotel. Lascio la stanza e alla reception chiedo la differenza dei circa 70 euro. Loro rispondono che avrebbero predisposto un bonifico sul mio conto che sarebbe potuto arrivare anche subito. Purtroppo dopo pochi giorni invece dell' accredito della differenza è arrivato un nuovo addebito di 50 euro per le cose consumate. Adesso mi devono essere restituiti non più 70 euro ma 120. Ho chiamato e si sono giustificati dicendo che il sistema non vedeva il versamento dei 120 euro, versamento fatto dal receptionist con loro POS. Mi hanno detto che i soldi prima o poi mi arriveranno. Disorganizzazione totale.

We stayed there in July 2023. We had a lot of issues with our stay, it was catastrophic! I think because the hotel was new and they had just opened when we were there. We arrived to the hotel very late because of our flight. The room smelled very funky! We tried to call down to the reception, but nobody answered us and we were already in our nightwear so we did not want to go down. The day after we told the reception to please clean the room or make the smell go away while we go out and they said yes. When we came back, nothing was done. The room still smelled very disgusting and also we had bought a lot of snacks and food so we wanted to use the fridge which was also broken. A guy came up to our room to fix the fridge but he couldn’t so he changed the whole fridge. He tried to flirt with me and my friend a lot even tho we did not want to talk to him. He didn’t get the hint when we said that we have partners. When he changed the fridge, it still didn’t work. So everything we had bought we needed to eat it because it would go bad otherwise. One day, we wanted to stay in because we were too tired to go out and do anything and this time the TV didn’t work. We called the reception again, and this time they answered, came up to the room and couldn’t fix the TV. When we checked out, I addressed these issues and they promised us that if we go there again they would fix a better rate for us as a compensation for next time. Me and my friend are going to Malta again and I have tried to contact the hotel with email but nobody answers me. And we feel tricked now! It’s not ok at all! We have already booked the new flight.
