******* n'a pas facturé bon prix. C'était spécifié total hébergement et taxes $100,28. CAN et dans la carte de crédit ils ont passé $167,73 CAN. C'est déconsertant d'autant plus que je n'ai pas de document remis par l'hotel car ils disent ne pas connaître le montant facturé par Expédia. Il faudra que je me batte pouravoir la diifférence c'est innacceptable et une grosse perte de temps et cela si js réussi.

Generally a really nice hotel. Clean, comfortable, convenient, good staff. We stayed one night while traveling. Our room, 123, was spacious and clean, but could use some repairs in bathroom, wall and caulking. Pool water was a little cloudy, so my wife did not use. Breakfast was typical, nothing special.

Property is dated, but comfortable enough for 2 nights. Breakfast had the usual free items. Would have appreciated some non-diary items like Almond or Soy milk for coffee.

Highlights were the friendly staff & comfy bed! Loved that they have the pump lotion, shampoo & conditioner instead of the little bottles; much more environmentally friendly.

Convenient location for Hershey Bears hockey at the giant center. My Son and I are big fans and live out of the area and the La Quinta Inn & Suites are a clean comfortable stay with easy travel to and from the Giant Center.

This property very much needs a refresh but let’s start with the positive. The staff were super friendly and the public areas were clean and nicely decorated for Valentine’s. Check-in was brief and pleasant. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room came with a microwave and mini-fridge. Breakfast was basic and served the standard fair for continental. However, a lot of the furniture in the room was damaged, lamp shades ripped, water damage in the washroom, and the doors and walls in the hallways showed a lot of wear and tear. Also, the lighting in our room was very poor and made it difficult to see. I wouldn’t stay at this property again in the future just because my standards are a bit higher than this property can deliver. I didn’t go in the pool but the smell of chlorine gave an indication of a strong use of it.
