The check out lady and check in lady was extremely rude and hates her job i would never come back there even if it was free dont stay

Noisy. One of our rooms smelled like smoke and urine. That room’s beds were too soft, also. They allow smoking right outside the entrance door.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at the Scottish Inns & Suites Harrisburg - Hershey North, and I’m beyond disappointed both with the hotel and with *******. First and foremost, I was overcharged. My hotel invoice clearly states I paid $136.78, yet ******* charged me $170.99. That’s a difference of over $34 for no justifiable reason. This is unacceptable, and I expect a full refund of the overcharge immediately. Worse than the billing issue was the condition of the room. When we arrived, the room had a strong, foul odor that made it uncomfortable to even stay inside. The sheets had visible hair in them, which clearly indicates they had not been changed or cleaned. To top it off, there was trash left in the trashcan—again, a clear sign that housekeeping had not done their job. This is not just a matter of inconvenience; it’s a health and hygiene issue, and the room should never have been rented out in that condition. It’s clear that cleanliness is not a priority at this location. I booked through ******* expecting a minimum standard of quality. Instead, I feel like I was scammed—overcharged and placed in a filthy, unsanitary room. I strongly advise others to avoid this property, and I expect ******* to make this right by issuing a refund.

The place smells like cigarettes. The breakfast was taken away before time, couldn't get a piece of bread. The room floors were dirty

Another perfect stay As always, nice, clean, and quiet. Will never stay anywhere else when in the area.

Stay at your on risk It was not the best accommodations. Bed was uncomfortable, room still had food in the fridge, half empty water bottles on top of the fridge, a/c face plate fell off when i got into room. Toothpaste box in toilet and room was only cleaned once, after my request, but is posted to be cleaned every 3 days. Staff males were more friendly and accommodating than females. I was told that the facility was recently purchased and hastily opened. I hope there is improvement in the service in the very near future
