多爾西國際飯店(Hotel Dolce International)

la camera buona, ma la pulizia e il ricambio della biancheria veniva fatto solo se sollecitati con insistenza, ( tre volte in sette giorni). Frigo bar spento e la scarsa colazione, servita troppo tardi (alle otto a volte anche alle otto e mezza). Il bar chiudeva alle nove e tutti andavano via e se avevi bisogno di qualcosa dovevi uscire.

There are advantages, but they are few. Good renovation and interior of the hotel and rooms. The rooms have comfortable modern furniture and everything you need. Comfortable bed. There are cafes and grocery stores nearby. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. On the other hand, there are many disadvantages. The hotel is in an inconspicuous location, so it was difficult to find it. In addition, there is no flat road leading to it, so it was inconvenient to get with bags. In the first room, where we checked in, the toilet did not work. So we had to change the room and move our language. In the second room, the toilet was working. However, there was a black bar on the TV screen. We were tired and already decided not to change the room. Nevertheless, it perfectly shows the condition of the hotel. Overall, it was unpleasant check-in at the hotel. It should be noted that the location is not the best for guests without a car. The hotel is removed from the centre. It takes about 30 minutes on foot to get to it. The bus journey takes the same or even more time, so the only options left are either a taxi or a long walk. This is especially sad when you understand that you also need to go back to the hotel for so long time. Before check-out, we asked the staff to call and find out the time and cost of the bus transfer to the airport. The administrator began to persuade us and impose taxi services. However, we insisted on our own. After the call, the administrator said the price exceeded the cost of a taxi. We were very surprised by this and decided that the quoted price was incorrect. As a result, we went by bus transfer and the price was several times lower than the staff said. We don’t know the wrong price was said on purpose or accidentally, but in any case, unpleasant memories remain and I don’t recommend using any of the services of this hotel. Overall, poor value for money. For this cost, you can find a better option or pay a little extra and live in a better location and conditions in another place.

Hotel is near city , has easy access to shops and amenities. Staff is not friendly and the service is poor . They don’t have standard in the breakfast they are missing items and blame new staff . Working 2 people and they run the entire hotel . Rooms are full of dust and property doesn't wort the amount they charge . You can get only towels and toilet rolls while you stay they don’t clean the rooms they have excuses due pandemic and they give you already with dust room and bathroom not Clean properly . AC on the 4 th floor where was my room was hot and I couldn’t even sleep . My stay was horrible and I don’t recommend this hotel , very disappointed.
