Good location, very helpful and friendly reception. Breakfast was also ok . Supermarkets, cafes and restaurants are all nearby.

Perfeito: da localização às instalações. Café da manhã ótimo. Pertissimo de tudo, com vários locais de interesse nas imediações, a poucos passos da praça Macedônia. Staff extremamente solicito: auxiliaram em todas as minhas demandas. Quarto de frente, com vista.

Terrible bed, horrible room, tired hotel in need of renovation. Breakfast is cheap, basic, boring .... The only good thing is the location, in the center, close to everything. I'm looking for a redeeming feature but.... oh yes! Receptionist was lovely.

Been here a few times now, and have always been satisfied. During a year since my last stay things have changed. And not for the better . The good stuff: Location right on the walking street, easy walk to everything. Due to my status I was upgraded to a bigger room and received water and fruit, which I appreciate. I was also invited to free breakfast so will not comment on that. What I will say is that the breakfastroom is way to small when the hotel is fully booked and all groups descide to have breakfast at the same time. My room at the 4th floor, has a small balcony, there I found old cups with rotten fruits in it. Wifi was very bad in this room which made it difficult to do my work. Coffee/tea was non existing (apart from the kettle). No tissues and the soapcontainers are so old that they dont work properly. Cleaners had a bad attitude, they did not remove old towels from the floor and toiletpapaper was not restocked. I had one linnen change which had stains . Corridor smelled like sewage. Service has gone down, I think only the young man working in the cafe knows what he is doing, at least he is attentive to his customers. When he was not working, I was just ignored or staff was simply not present. Had two meals which was of bad quality. To sum it up, Best Western Turist will not be my first choice on my next visit to Skopje. I would rate the hotel as beeing 3star.

El hotel en general estaba sucísimo,la habitación olia fatal a tabaco.Las toallas tenian manchas de sangre,la cama estaba sin hacer,las sabanas rotas.El aire acondicionado hacia muchisimo ruido.Pero sin duda lo peor fue la cena que estaba incluida y era mas propia de un albergue de transeúntes que de un hotel de cuatro estrellas.Tuvimos que cenar en el bar apartados del resto de compañeros de viaje porque porque no habia sitio en el comedor y ni siquiera nos pusieron un mantel.El desayuno igual de mediocre,sin leche,sin tostadora para el pan…en fin,un sitio a evitar.

Positive:location is absolutely central; the staff was warm and helpful. Negative: the AC was very good at making heavy noise, however, room temperature stayed at +30; discovered couple of half-empty bottles beneath our beds on the first night, we left after 2 nights, the bottles (probably) stayed; blood-stained duvet isn't exactly something you enjoy...
