Was fine for a 3 star location seemed a little weird. No other hotels near by right by a mall. Overall for 1 ngt was fine. If i had to spend longer, I'd prob upgrad hotels. Shower pressure was great, towels were rough and had some hair stuck on them, didnt complain because its whatev. Just letting y'all know. Overall satisfied with a one ngt stay

Fantastic experience that this relatively affordable family hotel. Great service & facilities for the value. The property was recently renovated, and it checked all our boxes: Clean room w/ strong A/C, clean indoor pool & hot tub for me & the kids, decent breakfast options in the morning. They keep the coffee hot & the cookies fresh all day long. It’s also walkable to several eateries & shops. We’re Savannah Banana baseball fans, so this will be our go-to spot when we’re in town for a game.

Booked a suite so we each could have our own bed to avoid kids fighting. We arrived and they claimed A/C was out so we slept in a standard room even though we paid suite price. They wouldn't give us a discount since we booked via third party.

The linens were wet, clean but not completely dry, the toilet wasn't cleaned. Could hear loud foot steps from upstairs all night. Wasn't a bad stay just a few minor things that were overlooked

Wonderful stay. I Had surgery the next morning (we live over 2 hours away) our front desk clerk was super friendly, helpful and caring. Gave us the quitest room there, with its own shorthallway so I could get a peaceful nights sleep, very thoughtful!
