Don't waste your money thye are providing very bad service Very bad experience we can't enjoy in this place Booked a stay at and left feeling ripped off. The pictures online must have been from a different resort entirely. Would not recommend.

My recently stay at Chola Heritage has undoubtedly been one of the most best hotel experiences I had in India.As I entered the lobby,I was greeted warmly by the staffs,who were always attentive and ensure my comfort throughout my stay.The rooms at Chola Heritage was elegantly decorated and well designed.Moreover,the hotel’s location was ideal.Situated within close proximity to several popular attractions,it allowed me to indulge in local culture and heritage effortlessly.In conclusion,my experience at Chola Heritage was wonderful.I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a truly remarkable and unforgettable stay, where you can soak up the the unique heritage and experience the warmth of genuine Indian heritage.

Superb place for stay! We came from Bangalore, my friends are recommended this hotel… Thanks to them. Very safety for our valuable cars and bikes. Some reviewers are commenting wrongly in online….don’t know why! Everything perfect including customer service. Welcome drinks Holi soda and sukku coffee kadalamittai all made me feel good. We booked first day by online then continued by direct booking. Everyday Rooms fully booked, regular guest also won’t get rooms here sometimes. Anyway thanks to ***ager Sathya and night shift cheliyan. We will be soon again!

Hotel was small but rooms were comfortable. Dining possibilities were very limited, we had to choose time and one of three available menu. Dining place was mosquito infected. The train line was very close and whistling trains were disturbing throughout the night.

Stayed one night in this place with my family , clean and neat rooms., service staff was good., clean bathroom, WiFi was good, they don’t serve dinner, I was told to order from Swiggy, but that’s fine., anyway it was good stay and I recommend this place..

I came down from Kodaikanal (16C) to Karaikudi (40C) on my solo motorcycle trip and was welcomed with the most homely and cool (because 'warm' isn't something desirable at 40C) southern hospitality. Well-kept premises, excellent rooms, tastefully done interiors (the four-poster bed was the highlight), and well-thought-out facilities. Sathya, Cheliyan, Naveen, and Vengatesh took good care of me (even washed my motorcycle). Breakfast was authentic South Indian and served with love. The location is perfect if you want to visit the local sights. Loved every moment.

my stay at chola heritage was very comfortable, but i must give a special shoutout to the staff for going above and beyond with their service. a week after my stay in karaikudi, i reached out to chola heritage to help me locate and purchase an item in a local antique shop that I fell in love with but didn't end up buying while I was there. Sathya was able to help me find the exact shop and item based on my vague descriptions, and connected me with the shop owner so that I could complete the purchase. I was certainly not expecting this level of care and determination from the staff to help me with my longshot of a request, especially given that I was no longer a guest, but they made it happen extremely quickly. I am grateful that I stayed at chola heritage and for all the staff did to make my experience in karaikudi memorable.
