Close your eyes and book this hotel you will be very very happy!! Wonderful staff right all around who will give a homely vibe, with care and attention!! Taj heritage is really lucky to have such amazing people working for them!! Rahul in the larajna BF restaurant was a wonderful soul who took care of us extremely well Love this restaurant and great respect to Taj for accomodating all our requests!! Will come back to Goa only for staying at the heritage

El hotel es bonito. Con un ambiente decorativo colonial portugués. Lamentablemente en mi estancia coincidimos con vacaciones locales y estaba abarrotado de niños maleducados y consentidos. Era excesivamente ruidoso. La habitación era amplia y confortable. Cada día se preocuparon de hacerme una estancia perfecta…

The hotel is ideally located , at the bambolim beach. The check in experience was a bit slow as the hotel seemed to be absolutely full cos of the weekend, but except for that the experience with the TAJ never lets you down. The room was facing the garden and the beach and I suggest to stay at the heritage wing for the ones who like the outdoors. As the rooms offer a good balcony to sit and get the uninterrupted view of the beach and the hotel pool side. The breakfast experience was 6 / 10 as the area is but cramped up to manage the load of the full occupancy. Though the hotel has opened another banquet room to manage the breakfast, and the captain assisted us to give us a seat at the banquet room ( which was in another wing ) but to our surprise there was awaiting even there. The spa experience is nothing less than blissful , and a must try, the spa which is in the new wing of the hotel, with absolutely plush modern interiors, the spa rooms are having unbelievable views of the ocean and the treatment was relaxing and the over experience is a beautiful memory.

The experience right from check in to check out is one to be experienced.. it’s just fantastic. Every staff member is extremely courteous and respectful. I cannot think of a single issue with our stay. Most importantly we felt safe and again a true five star experience!

The hospitality, location, rooms and the amenities in Taj Cidade de Goa are excellent. We were given a beach facing room with direct access to the beach and swimming pool. The entire staff is very courteous and their body language is very friendly and elegant. We were made to feel special and the entire experience has been mesmerising. Extremely helpful staff, delicious food and services will make us visit the property again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the luxurious Five Star Hotel, and I must say, it truly lived up to its name. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was greeted with impeccable service and attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of extraordinary. Everything is fabulous. I wish to visit again and again.

Beautiful beach property with goan and Portuguese feel n vibe ..it is one of Taj's finest. Amazing staff ..totally loved the hospitality..every staff member is genuine kind and attentive ..loved Balraj's sweet gesture of decorating the room and sending cake All by himself on our Anniversary is the sweetest. Santosh ji's braiding stall with lots of local jewellery was a regular attraction for me ..hence the 3 braids I got here while my kid and husband enjoyed the gorgeous pool.the food is fab too goan prawn curry and grilled lobster was just wow!! And the breakfast spread was vast with special section for kids . especially Gopal's Cidade special cocktail was to die for by the pool. With sooo many out door activities I m sooo lukin forward for visiting here super soon.
