Excelent service. Co oprative staff. Food was awsom All staff like surendra. So nice service. Garden and swimming pool pure neat and clean.

The stay was comfortable. the room hygine can be improved but were impressed by the friendly , helpful and proactive staff. Room services were superb. On veg was really good but veg food was average , can be improved. A good place to stay with family.

The moment I called for booking from Ahmedabad to the check out after 2 nights was extremely satisfying. Khansaheb the General ***ager was the key person from the 1st call. We have visited several properties across the world, but the welcoming approach and hospitality at Ratan Villas is exceptional. The entire team is amazing and kind. On the toes each time. The food was amazing. Loved everything ❤️ Special thanks to Khansaheb. Very down to earth person with in built helping approach.

Great stay with amazing food. They arranged for a short trek which was refreshing and exhausting too. Do not miss a morning sunrise which is just 6 kilometers away from this place. It’s a pet friendly stay with good staff. Mr. Surinder accompanied me for a trek; nice gentle***. Mr. Ramdev who accompanied me for morning sunrise is also a dedicated staff. Thanks to Mr. Shehzad for easy and comfortable stay.

The resort is a place which any nature lover would like to stay at. This place helps you unwind. The food is really good. The staff is very polite and generous. The ***agement can focus a little on the room maintenance. Otherwise, a pleasant stay overall.

Morning jungle trekking experience was amazing with Surender Ji which was complimentary from hotel ***agement . Food quality was amazing during lunch time and as well as in dinner also. Had morning complimentary breakfast from them as well.

Best hospitality services by resort. Staff behaviour is also good . Must visit. Best place for stay in Mount Abu between nature. Rooms are good. Having pool and garden view. I enjoyed this resort more than the mount abu places. Overall experience is very good.

This was my second visit to Ratan Villas. Restaurant - Firstly would like to thank ***singh for his commendable service in the restaurant, as the request was very well taken care of. The chef at Ratan Villas is really good. Do try Narender chefs speciality Papad Pyaz ki sabji. Indeed both chinese and north indian food was mouth watering. Do try Butter Chicken and Jodhpuri Lal Maas. We had Dal Baati Churma for lunch one day which was one of the best I have had so far. (Do give dal baati order 2-3 hours before) as everything is fresh prepared. Ambience - Lush Green and beautiful location. Enjoyed Camp Fire in the night. Hospitality was a top notch as expected from a Rajasthani hotel. All the staff took good care of us and catered to all our needs. Villas - Sitting outside the villas at night and early morning is why I visited this place again. The natural green and peace was something you don't get easily elsewhere. Swimming Pool - Although I didn't use the pool as it was +2 degree when I visited Ratan Villas, but loved the shape of the pool and the green it was surrounded with. Kids friendly - Has an outdoor play area for big kids and indoor play room too for small kids. Although the garden itself is enough for kids to run around the entire day. Pet friendly too. Last but not the lease the Jungle Trekking, Mr. Kaluram guided us well and the view was breath taking in the early morning trek we visited. Although we didn't spot any wild animal but Kaluram took us to the mountains and the pictures we clicked from there are the wonderful memories which was will stay close to our heart forever. When in Mount Abu, Ratan Villas is the place to be ! Worth every penny I paid.
