阿爾菲歐廣場飯店

Palazzo Alfeo Syracuse, Via Lungomare Alfeo, 18, 96100 Syracuse is just a few seconds walk from multiple bars and restaurants (all good quality) but is not adversely impacted by noise or nuisance. We had great night’s sleep here. We arrived prior to our room being ready so dropped off our suitcases and went exploring. The maid service is exceptional. When we compared the state the previous occupants had left the room in versus the pristine condition it was in when we returned a few hours later, it looked like we were the very first occupants. Our ground floor room was really more like a junior suite. It had a sofa bed, kitchen area (full size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, etc.) living/dining area, bathroom and of course bedroom. The living room had doors that opened onto a patio area. There was plenty of room and we felt very much at home. The ladies on reception were excellent being professional, courteous and knowledgeable, able and willing to help with ideas for trips and sights to visit. The location of the property overlooking the sea towards the west is stunning especially at sunset time. The proximity to multiple bars and restaurants is ideal too. There’s no parking and the public car park is on the other side of the (small) island about 15 minutes walk away. This wasn’t a problem for us as at least the parking was covered and secure. O flat é muito confortável. Amplo, com quarto e sala, cozinha completa e banheiro. Mobiliário novo, tudo muito bem conservado. Todos os equipamentos também são novos - pratos, cafeteiras, geladeira, forno, talheres e muito mais. Percebe-se uma reforma esmerada no imóvel antigo, as portas e janelas amplas se abrem para o por do sol no mar, é encantador. Os itens de decoração são muito charmosos, sem excessos. A cama e o sofá cama são muito confortáveis. Serviço de limpeza impecável. Fomos recepcionadas pela Ilse, que é muito gentil, e se esforça para suprir todas as necessidades dos hóspedes. Havia frutas frescas à nossa espera, tudo muito caprichado. Usamos o serviço de valet para o carro (o flat fica numa ZTL), houve algumas falhas, mas a Ilse estava sempre pronta para interceder. A localização é perfeita, em Ortigia, perto de tudo, sendo possível acessar as principais atrações a pé. Se há um pequeno defeito, está no chuveiro - o espaço é muito pequeno, mal dá para se movimentar; o chuveiro não tem boa vazão, e acabamos usando o chuveirinho para o banho (pelo menos, o vidro do box tem boa vedação, a água não vazou para o banheiro). E o supermercado mais próximo fica a 750m, exige uma boa caminhada e não é muito grande. Mas o saldo foi positivo, Super indico, foi uma excelente estadia. Nosso apto era no segundo andar com escadas, o que também não é um ponto positivo.

We had an amazing stay at Palazzo Alfeo. They were I touch with us about our stay as soon as we booked and couldn’t have been more helpful with restaurant recommendations and helpful things to do while in Siracusa. The rooms were so clean, breakfast was wonderful and the apartment was well stocked. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay. The people who work there are sincerely nice and accommodating.The place itself is clean and in a perfect location. I highly recommend!!!The breakfast was amazing and on time every morning.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights in July. The delicious continental breakfast arrived daily at 8:00am The terrace was the highlight of our stay with a hot tub, lounge chairs and an oversize umbrella overlooking the shoreline. But the truly amazing part of our stay was the sincere care and thoughtfulness of the owner Alessandro. Unfortunately, my wife suffered a serious injury while on a tour and Alessandro went above and beyond to accommodate us when we returned from the hospital. We are so thankful for his flexibility in meeting our needs.

Palazzo Alfeo is perfectly located at the tip of Ortigia, Siracusa (Sicily) overlooking the ocean, surrounded by restaurants, bars, beach and a short walk to everything in Ortigia. The suites are spacious, recently updated - nicely decorated, clean with a great bathroom, large shower and kitchenette. A bit noisy at night but that is a small inconvenience compared to all the wonderful characteristics of this aparthotel and location. The staff are wonderful, very attentive, accommodating, pleasant and super helpful. Alessandro is an absolute gem!!! He communicated with us on WhatsApp throughout the day, answered all questions and gave excellent recommendations for tours, restaurants and transfers.... He was always available even when off sick... Totally amazing!!! Each night ended with the most spectacular sunset right outside the front door. 100% recommended if you are visiting Ortigia.
