Virtually brand new property
I frequently stay in high end hotels
This property is on par if not better
I don’t know if I will ever return to South Dakota but if I do I will certainly stay here again!

It is a nice hotel. For being the most expensive hotel in Sioux Falls I expect more and will be staying elsewhere next time as I have stayed at many others I like more. The rooms are small and the dining options expensive for the quality of dining.

Front desk took so long to check in us & others before us
I travel a lot & never taken so long to check in when had reservations …. Also nobody came to clean our room
I called front desk to tell them this & request clean towels
She said “well we’ve been busy” too busy to clean rooms!!!! They never brought my towels so had to call a second time to get them. Check out was bad too as guy said I didn’t have my cc on room , the gal that checked me took it, he says “ well we don’t have it” no I’m sorry there must be some mistake etc … hotel needs to train front desk people about courtesy , manners & how to actually check in people , nobody seems to know what to do!,
This is a shame as hotel in good location but this staff doesn’t meet usual Hilton standards

The Canopy by Hilton in Sioux Falls was absolutely gorgeous!! We had a corner balcony room overlooking Falls Park, and it was beautiful. Grabbed a coffee the next morning and walked down by the falls where they have Adirondack chairs and benches to relax on, and just relaxed for a bit. I would definitely recommend the Canopy to anyone looking to stay in Sioux Falls!!!

New hotel,stuff is friendly and professional, spotless rooms. My only suggestion is to replace the Nespresso machine in the room to a type that will have a boiling water option for guests who want to drink tea and not just coffee.
