I had to wait for the receptionist to get off her personal phone call before I could check in. She wasn’t friendly at all, like I was bothering by interrupting her personal call. She didnt hang up so the caller heard all my personal business. My room was right above the breakfast area and at 1100 at night the party was very loud.

We did not stay here to dirty

This hotel has been well-maintained throughout the years. It is clean, the breakfast was well stocked, and check in & out were smooth. I was disappointed by no condotioner available, however I did not ask the front desk for any, either. Maybe they would have had some upon request, as they did with a toothbrush when I forgot that at home. The side.door entrance did not work with the room key, but parking was not far from the main entrance.

The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable, but the remote for our TV did not work and there was a dirty towel in the bathroom.

I didn't like the check in time because i was there at 11.30am and had to wait until 2:00pm to get check in.

Everything was really good from check in to check out. The only negative was water pressure but the bed was really comfortable.

Accommodated two separate reservations with the best price. Good staff communication. Good price. We will be back!
