卡尼亞里米拉邁爾博物館飯店(Miramare Cagliari Hotel Museo)

Ottima accoglienza. Solo per l' attesa giusto il tempo della registrazione e check in sono stato invitato ad accomodarmi nella sala e mi è stata offerta una colazione. Struttura affascinante, comoda, pulita, letto fantastico, personale molto gentile. Super consigliato!!!

Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Doppelzimmer Deluxe war eher 12qm gross, als 16-24qm, wie angegeben. Auf der ganzen Welt habe ich allerdings noch kein Hotel erlebt, dass für einen Teebeutel, oder eine Kaffeekapsel auf dem Zimmer je 3.- Euro extra will.

This place is not definitely for everyone. It is totally full of old and new objects and the result is rather suffocating and, potentially, fire hazard. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. However, management is non-responsive and vague when it comes to the charges incurred. I was promised a statement for my 4 night stay, and requested it via email 3 times without response. I only want to know the breakdown of the expenses because the bill seems to be too high.

This was a wonderful place to stay as a solo traveler visiting Cagliari. Full service, always attended boutique hotel with a quiet and beautiful room. Breakfast was always fresh and lovely in a library with marina views. The location, for my needs, was perfect as a base to head out daily. My favorite shop for room wine and cheese (Sapori di Sardegna) was right around the corner but the hotel provided a nice snack assor**ent, wine and fridge of refreshments. I couldn’t be happier with the choice of this accommodation.

Hotel da evitare, appena arrivi se non chiami ti devi fare tre piani di scale , poi ti portano le chiavi dell ascensore tra l altro minuscolo. l arredamento pesante di gusto discutibile non adatto ad un hotel la stanza buia nessuna vista tranne il palazzo attiguo letto altissimo da fare molta fatica a salirci, armadio inesistente, cialda caffè a pagamento 3 euro, cosa strana perché in tutti gli alberghi del mondo è un servizio cortesia lo sconsiglio vivamente

This is a unique boutique hotel experience. The concept is a great one for artist lovers and those who crave something distinctive while across from the Port in Cagliari. Our room was stunningly decorated and a treat to come to. HOWEVER, it was unbearably small. I would recommend that you consider the largest room available. We had little room for our luggage and had to climb over things to get to the other side of the room. We are small statured people and it was still a struggle. The hotel is green conscious. Had great food, and the best coffee on the island. If you require dependable WiFi and internet, DO NOT STAY HERE. The connection dropped throughout our 5 day stay and on our last evening, the power went out for the entire evening, over a 12 hour period. For about 5 hours, the power came on and off, but kept kicking off. We were never provided with an explanation for it, just that our side of the building was affected and that they were looking into the situation. At 12 midnight, I demanded an explanation, and the staff person basically said that they were told the matter would be fixed by the city centre by 9PM BUT by midnight there was nothing that could be done according to the staff. By 9PM there was NO POWER to us until approximately 7AM and nothing was offered to us to make up for the situation. I asked for a refund for the evening but the working staff refused to accommodate us, they had no authority to follow through with anything. We had prepaid through our travel agent, who now tells us that we needed to deal with the hotel directly. Our time on Sardinia was a lovely dream come true, HOWEVER, this last night has left a real sour experience to our holiday.

The location of this hotel is great, close to restaurants, buses and most key sights but it is unwelcoming and cluttered. Seems like a vanity project for an art collector rather than a hotel. Best room in the place is the breakfast room because of the harbour/sea view but bad food, uncomfortable tight space for more than 4 people at once. We reserved a harbour room 6 months in advance but were given a dark back room because of “computer error”. Really, how about some human accountability?! I cannot recommend this hotel except for location.

It was a great stay, mostly due to the hotel, concierge and staff who were extremely helpful and kind. The hotel is historical, artistic and beautiful. It should be noted that there is construction on the road in front of the hotel, which although I could not hear,, made access to the hotel difficult.
